Abstract
В представленій роботі проведено аналіз існуючого технологічного процесу вирощування ярого ячменю в умовах базового господарства. Проведено розрахунок технологічного процесу та обґрунтування засобів механізації, які використовуються в процесі виробництва ярого ячменю. В ході виконання відповідних вдосконалень технології рекомендовано проводити очищення ярого ячменю зерноочисною машиною СЗК-25 та запропоновано вдосконалення існуючої технології шляхом проведення очисних операцій запропонованим агрегатом.
В результаті модернізації зерноочисної машини СЗК-25 було збільшено площу решітного стану, встановлено скатну дошку під перше решето та розраховано і обґрунтовано параметри підвіски кузова решітного стану. Окремо проведено обґрунтування параметрів пневмосистеми зерноочисної машини СЗК-25, що дозволить інтенсифікувати процес в цілому та зменшити його енергоємність і забезпечити роботу машини від відцентрового вентилятора.

In the presented work, an analysis of the existing technological process of growing spring barley in basic farming conditions is carried out. The calculation of the technological process and justification of the means of mechanization used in the process of spring barley production was carried out. During the implementation of the relevant technology improvements, it is recommended to clean spring barley with the SZK-25 grain cleaning machine, and it is suggested to improve the existing technology by performing cleaning operations with the proposed unit.
As a result of the modernization of the SZK-25 grain cleaning machine, the area of the sieve bed was increased, a sloping board was installed under the first sieve, and the suspension parameters of the body of the sieve bed were calculated and substantiated. A separate substantiation of the parameters of the pneumatic system of the SZK-25 grain cleaning machine was carried out, which will allow to intensify the process as a whole and reduce its energy consumption and ensure the operation of the machine from a centrifugal fan.
