Abstract
У статті розглянуто концепції розвитку підприємства в п’яти аспектах: розвиток як зміна певних кількісних та якісних властивостей явища; процесний характер розвитку підприємства, що є розподіленим у часі; розвито, як результат подолання протиріч, що проявляються циклічно; розвиток, що є результатом адаптації до зовнішнього середовища; концепція стійкого (сталого) розвитку. Сформульовано визначення концепції стійкого розвитку з позиції соціальної та економічної ефективності.
Розроблено систему показників через призму критеріїв та факторів, що формують соціальну та економічну ефективність. З огляду на це, побудована графічна інтерпретація залежностей соціальної та економічної ефективності. На основі взаємодії цих складників визначено варіації станів розвитку підприємства, серед яких фаза посткризи, фаза стійкого розвитку, криза та фаза передкризи.
In order to surviving in conditions of high competition, the company must be able to adapt to changes in the external and internal environment. The constant influence of many factors has a destabilizing effect on enterprise sustainability. The concept of stable development within the enterprise envisages, above all, the provision of a balance between the economic and social spheres in the human dimension. It means maximizing the use of resources for economic development. The relevance of research of sustainable development of economic entities is associated with the existence of certain contradictions between the commercial interests of the enterprise in the market and the interests of social development of workers. The article contains a study of the genesis “enterprise development”. It deals with the concepts of enterprise development in five aspects: development as a change of certain quantitative and qualitative properties of the phenomenon; process character of enterprise development, which is distributed in time; development as a result of overcoming contradictions that manifest in cycles; development that is the result of adaptation to the external environment; the concept of sustainable (sustainable) development. The definition of the concept of sustainable development from the standpoint of social and economic efficiency is formulated. A system of indicators is developed through the prism of criteria and factors that shape social and economic efficiency. In view of this, a graphical interpretation of the dependencies of social and economic efficiency is constructed. On the basis of the interaction of these components, variations in the state of the enterprise development were identified, including the postbreak phase, the phase of sustainable development, the crisis and the pre-crisis phase. A description of the phases of the development of the enterprise is provided. Such a distribution makes it possible to consider options for the development of events in the ratio of social and economic efficiency of the enterprise. The main vectors of action for the enterprise, which appeared in one or another phase of development, are written down.
В статье рассмотрены концепции развития предприятия в пяти аспектах: развитие как изменение определенных количественных и качественных свойств явления; процессный характер развития предприятия, который является распределенным во времени; развитие как результат преодоления противоречий, проявляющихся циклически; развитие, являющееся результатом адаптации к внешней среде; концепция устойчивого (стабильного) развития. Сформулировано определение концепции устойчивого развития с позиции социальной и экономической эффективности. Разработана система показателей через призму критериев и факторов, формирующих социальную и экономическую эффективность. Учитывая это, построена графическая интерпретация зависимостей социальной и экономической эффективности. На основе взаимодействия этих составляющих определены вариации состояний развития предприятия, среди которых фаза посткризиса, фаза устойчивого развития, кризис, предкризисная фаза.
