dc.description.abstract1. Спосіб керування вологістю формувальних і стержневих сумішей в процесі їх автоматичного виготовлення, який полягає в тому, що вологість замісу доводять до заданої по датчику, що безперервно стежить за вологістю замісу в чаші змішувача, який відрізняється тим, що керування подачею води здійснюють при одночасному вимірюванні вологості суміші в чаші змішувача, її температури, товщини її шару під котком змішувача і щільності. 2. Пристрій для здійснення способу складається із чаші, тумби з вертикальним валом, що приводиться в дію від приводу у вигляді електродвигуна з редуктором, із закріпленою на верхньому кінці вала траверсою із змонтованими на ній котками, подвійного днища, що утворює камеру з перфорованою верхньою стінкою і вентилятора, який відрізняється тим, що у верхній стінці подвійного днища, що утворює камеру виконано радіопрозоре вікно, в якому змонтовано радіохвильовий датчик визначення вологості суміші, встановлено датчик температури суміші, в зоні дії котків встановлено тензодатчик щільності суміші, на траверсі розміщено датчик товщини шару суміші, в чаші розміщено датчик положення котків, застосовано схему вологовимірювача і вирішальний пристрій, які керують електромагнітним клапаном дозування подачі води у зливний патрубок, вентилятор додатково оснащено приводом перекривання дуття. 1.
