| dc.description.abstract | В статті розкриваються проблемні питання фінансування галузі охорони здоров’я. Зазначено, що система формування бюджету закладів освіти несуттєво змінилася, що випливає з постійного дефіциту фінансових ресурсів на технологічні та інноваційні реформи. Було досліджено програму перспективи розвитку загальнообов’язкового медичного страхування. Показані переваги впровадження моніторингу та інноваційного фінансування системи охорони здоров’я. The article is devoted to problematic issues of financing of the sphere of health protection. It was determined that the system of formation of the budget of the institutions of health is vital not change, and that the proceeds from the constant lack of financial resources for technological and innovative reforms.
