Abstract
В статті проаналізовані вимоги чинного законодавства про порядок здійснення митного контролю. Розглянуто нормативно-правове визначення митного контролю та наведений порівняльний аналіз підходів до цього визначення в роботах сучасних вітчизняних науковців. Досліджені особливості та порядок здійснення митного контролю при ввезенні товарів на територію України та їх розміщення у митному режимі «імпорт». Запропоновано групування основних принципів митного контролю відповідно до їх суті. Окреслений перелік проблем, які перешкоджають підвищенню ефективності митного контролю. The article analyzes the requirements of the current legislation on the procedure for customs control. The normative-legal definition of customs control is considered and a comparative analysis of approaches to this definition in the works of modern domestic scientists is given. Peculiarities and procedure of customs control during the import of goods into the territory of Ukraine and their placement in the customs regime "import" were studied. Grouping of the main principles of customs control according to their essence is proposed. The list of problems that hinder the improvement of the efficiency of customs control is outlined.
