| dc.description.abstract | В статті наведено результати теоретичних досліджень руху пластифікованої кормосуміші крізь матрицю гвинтового гранулятора кормів. На основі спільного аналізу об’ємної продуктивності та зміни тиску в каналах матриці гранулятора було знайдено математичний вираз, що дозволяє здійснити узгодження конструкційних параметрів матриць гвинтових грануляторів кормів за тиском та пропускною здатністю. The aim is to find a mathematical apparatus that ensures sustainability indicators working pressures and productivity screw pellet feed in the production of feed grains of different diameters through grounding of relevant structural parameters of matrix variables. Productions of animal feed pellets with different diameters require the use of matrices with molding holes (channels) of the appropriate diameter. Thus, assuming that the formation of feed grains occurs at providing the necessary pressure created by screw presses, raises the issue of harmonization of different variables matrix structures (with different length, diameter and number of molding channels) between them. But this coordination involves matching characteristics "performance – pressure" for each variable pellet matrix. In the article presents the results of theoretical research of plasticized mixed forage movement through matrix of pellet feed screw. Based on the joint analysis of volumetric efficiency and pressure changes in the channels of the matrix pellet was found mathematical expression that allows for coordination of structural parameters matrix pellet feed screw for pressure and productivity. | uk_UA |
