Abstract
Винахід відноситься до обробки металів різанням і може бути використаний при вібросвердлінні для отримання осьових коливань інструменту. Для досягнення мети винаходу – розширення технологічних можливостей та підвищення надійності вібратора – механізм зміни амплітуди коливань виконаний у вигляді пружного елемента, жорстко з'єднаного одним кінцем з кільцем сепаратора, в якому виконані під кутом один до одного пази, кількість яких відповідає кількості кульок. The invention relates to the processing of metals by cutting and can be used in vibration drilling to obtain axial vibrations of the tool. To achieve the aim of the invention - expanding the technological capabilities and increasing the reliability of the vibrator - the mechanism for changing the vibration amplitude is made in the vice of an elastic element rigidly connected at one end to the separator ring, in which grooves are made at an angle to each other, the number of which corresponds to the number of balls.
