| dc.description.abstract | Приведені результати теоретичного дослідження розрідження пісків односпірального класифікатора джерелом з незмінною витратою води. Встановлено, що, враховуючи особливості роботи технологічної схеми, можливо застосувати джерело подачі води у пісковий жолоб класифікатора з незмінною і обґрунтованою продуктивністю. The aim is to establish the possibility of filing a constant flow of water in a sand trough classifier with stabilization diluting the slurry in a ball mill that grinds the sand with the base ore. The possibility of stabilizing the flow of water in the gutter sand one scroll classifier with stabilization diluting the slurry in a ball mill that grinds the sand along with the base ore. Using the proposed approach and analytical expressions can in almost any operating conditions justify the fixed cost of water in the gutter sand one scroll classifier, where a broad range of flow ore ball mill, its density and the circulating load for reliable transport of slurry and liquefaction of production vessels. The implementation of this approach to improve the accuracy of identification ratio ore/water in a ball mill by eliminating transaction flow measurement in sand trough and effect of the transport delay. | uk_UA |
