Abstract
Crowdfunding involves combining the efforts of crowdfunding investors and project implementers to carry out the process of attracting financial resources through the Internet to develop business and the social initiatives. In addition, the proliferation, dynamism and flexibility of information technology create the conditions for rapid realization of crowdfunding benefits in a specific timeframe.
