dc.description.abstractДосліджено теоретико-прикладні аспекти кадрового забезпечення інноваційного розвитку регіону. Зроблено висновок про те, що потенційні можливості переходу до інноваційної економіки Кіровоградської області слабкі, але існують. Сформульовано пропозиції щодо розробки стратегії кадрового забезпечення розвитку на регіональному рівні; удосконалено наукові підходи до розв’язання проблеми кадрового забезпечення економіки регіону шляхом надання інноваційної спрямованості всім суб’єктам регіональної інноваційної системи. The theoretical and practical aspects of staffing of innovative development of the region were studied. The objective of the work is to study the peculiarities of staffing of the innovative development on the example of Kirovohrad region and the development of directions of its improvement. The conclusions of the study are the following: the world economy is changing. Traditional (industrial) economy gives way to innovative economy which is based on modern knowledge and information resources. These facts objectively strengthen the role of staff as carriers of expertise, intelligence, creativity and innovative ideas. The perspective transition to the innovative economy of Kirovohrad region exists but it is quite weak. There are necessary conditions for active development of innovation activity in the region. Taking into account scientific, educational, agricultural and industrial potential the region can become the centre for innovation in manufacturing, technology and other scientific and technological achievements. Possibilities, duration and specific ways of the transition of the regional economy into the innovative model of development depend on the existing regional educational and innovation potential. There is a decline in innovation development in Kirovohrad region, particularly the small number of scientific personnel; low research activity; little funding for scientific research; aging of scientific staff. This shows the lack of innovation orientation of educational system in the region. According to the study of the labour market of Kirovohrad region we found that there is a serious staffing need in many areas of economic activity. The specialists with primary vocational education are of a basic need. To improve the process of staffing of the innovation development of economy of the region it is necessary to direct all subjects of the regional innovation system to innovation orientation, primarily by changes in the content of all the components of the education system. The development of the regional strategy of the improvement of staffing, aimed at increasing research and creative activity, attracting scholars to solve the problems of innovation and social and economic development, creating innovative market, improving the efficiency of creative intellectual potential of higher education, enterprises and organizations were proposed as the first priorities for this strategy.uk_UA
