Abstract
Основними чинниками змін у структурі зайнятості та співпраці є: глобалізаційні процеси, розвиток новітніх технологій, зміни в організаційній структурі підприємств. Частка зайнятих у сфері послуг та робочої сили, охопленої нестандартними формами зайнятості збільшується у всьому світі, в тому числі в розвинених країнах. Державну політику в сфері зайнятості необхідно адаптувати під зміни на ринку праці, надавати рівні права для стандартної та нестандартної зайнятості. The main factors of changes in the employment structure and cooperation are: globalization, new technologies, changes in the organizational structure of enterprises. The share of employment in the service sector and the workforce with non-standard forms of employment is increasing worldwide, including developed countries. State employment policy should adapt to the labor market changing and to provide equal rights for standard and non-standard employment.
