Abstract
В роботі досліджено складові елементи системи управління інноваційною
діяльністю). Визначено їх сутність та особливості взаємодії з точки зору впливу на
побудову обліково-інформаційного забезпечення управління інноваційною діяльністю. Доведено, що остання суттєвим чином залежить від особливостей діяльності та специфіки інноваційного процесу на підприємстві, що в свою чергу визначається галузевою специфікою. Доведено, що побудова обліково-інформаційної системи залежить, в першу чергу, від специфіки інноваційних процесів, особливостей діяльності підприємства, мотивів суб’єктів інноваційної діяльності, ресурсів та інструментів, що є в розпорядженні підприємства для здійснення цієї діяльності. Конкретизовано зміст основних елементів
системи управління інноваційним процесом з врахуванням галузевих особливостей
страхового бізнесу та сучасних тенденцій розвитку страхового ринку в Україні. Визначено на цій основні проблемні моменти обліково-аналітичного забезпечення управління інноваційною сферою та основі об’єкти обліку інноваційної діяльності в страховому бізнесі. The article specifies the scope of innovation as an object of accounting. The constituent elements of the innovation management system (target, subjects, objects, tools, resources, results), their essence and features of interaction in terms of impact on the creation of accounting and information support for innovation management are studied. It is proved that the formation of the accounting and information system depends, first of all, on the specifics of innovation processes, features of activities and motivation of innovation companies, resources and
instruments available to the company to carry out these activities. The peculiarities of the formation of accounting objects of information support are determined. The content of the main elements of the innovation management system is specified, taking into account the industry characteristics of the insurance business and current trends in the
insurance market in Ukraine. Based on this, the main problematic points of the accounting and information support of innovation management and the objects of accounting for innovation in the insurance business are identified.
