Abstract
Стаття присвячена засобам динамічного моніторингу якості тонколистового розділового штампування в системі «прес-штамп». Наведено технічні характеристики пристрою контролю точності для пресів номінальним зусиллям 0,4...0,63 МН, його схему, опис роботи й методику розрахунку основних параметрів. Запропоновано пристрій для динамічного моніторингу деформаційного стану штампа в процесі виконання технологічної операції. The aim of the work is the development of facilities of the dynamic monitoring of quality of thin-sheet dividing stamp in the system “press-stamp”.
The analysis of the existent control of precision of press equipment and stamps was carried out. The recommendations on application of the appliances of dynamic monitoring of the deformation state of press onloading in the conditions of press-construction plants and devices for dynamic monitoring of the deformation state of stamp in the process of implementation of technological operation were made. Measuring complexes for the control of precision of press equipment on-loading with possibility of application of gamma–presses and monitoring of the deformation state of stamp in the process of technological loading were worked out. Application of the complexes increases the precision and quality of the production of press equipment as well as technological processes of parts stamping of high precision.
