Abstract
В статті наведені порівняльні характеристики деяких висівних апаратів для точного висіву
технічних культур з урахуванням їх переваг та недоліків. Також представлена конструкція
пневмомеханічного висівного апарата надлишкового тиску з рециркулюючим потоком насіння, та
визначені шляхи його вдосконалення. The objective of the article is to study and create stable one-seed flow of sugar beetroot seeds with the help of a sowing device which can considerably improve the quality of sowing process. The article presents comparative characteristics of some sowing devices for precise sowing of technical crops taking into consideration their advantages and disadvantages. The design of the pneumo-mechanic sowing device of the excess pressure with recirculated flow of seeds was presented and the ways of improvement were defined.
The following design changes were carried out: - in the delivery channel we set a wedge pusher which directs and averts the flow of seeds from cells into the pre-chamber cavity through the delivery channel; - after the wedge pusher the cells with seeds go to fore-and aft nozzle 6 and are blown by the air stream. As a result excess seeds are blown out of the cells.
