Abstract
В этой работе впервые использована методика расчёта структуры и параметров упредителя
Смита на примере матрицы передаточных функций объекта с запаздыванием – зерносушилки с кипящим
слоем каскадного типа. In the result of structure-parametric identification of a dryer cascade type fluidized bed was obtained it,
the transfer function matrix, elements of which are present lag, which greatly complicates one of the following
stages dynamic design in the synthesis of the optimal regulator - factorization. Therefore, this article shows how you can compensate unnecessary delay. For this, on the basis of the received model of a dryer cascade type of boiling layer was calculated structure and parameters of special compensatory lag device to the Smith predictor and proved that parallel to its accession to the object will cover the transport delay.
