Abstract
У статті досліджуються проблеми ефективного використання земельних ресурсів, зокрема,
сільськогосподарських угідь. Проаналізовано тенденції показників продуктивності
сільськогосподарських угідь, а саме, урожайність та обсяги валової продукції з використанням
статистичних методів та визначено тенденції очікуваної врожайності на перспективу. Визначено вплив
змін у земельних відносинах на чинники ефективності використання землі. Зазначено чинники впливу на
продуктивність земель сільськогосподарського призначення, запропоновано напрями підвищення
ефективного використання сільськогосподарських угідь. The main objective of the article is the research of dynamic tendencies of agricultural land productivity
indexes and the choice of productivity optimization approaches for the landscapes of agricultural use.
The problems of effective use of agricultural landscapes are investigated in the article. The tendencies
of yield production and the amount of gross output were analyzed using statistical approaches as well as the
tendencies of expected yield production. Influences of various factors of land use were examined and approaches
for productivity optimization for the landscapes of agricultural use were suggested.
Results of the research showed that the main approach of effective use for the agricultural landscapes is
the increasing of yield production, structure improvement of agricultural areas, increase of cultivation of more
productive crops and reduced cultivation of less productive crops in a total share, control of violations and gaps
in approaches and terms of production of agricultural crops, combining internal and external funds for the
equipment provision, technical equipment and the necessary mineral resources following the objective of rapid
integration of high-performance technologies.
