Abstract
У даній роботі представлено теоретичні дослідження, які змістовно описують поведінку качанів
під час їх контакту з притискними пристроями та надають можливість більш ретельніше вивчити таку
складну технологічну операцію, як очищення качанів кукурудзи від обгортки. Отримано математичні
залежності, що дозволяють визначити найбільш оптимальні режими роботи качаноочисного пристрою та
основні кінематичні параметри притискних робочих органів, а саме гумових лопатей. The aim of this paper is to simulate the process of cleaning heads and future trends of purification
devices, adapted to the present state of mechanized operations.
In hired theoretical researches that richly in content describe behavior of ears during their contact with
hold-downs and give possibility more careful to study such difficult technological operation, as cleaning of corncobs,
are presented from wrapping. Mathematical dependences that allow to define the most optimal modes of
operations of device for cleaning ears and basic kinematics parameters of rider working organs are got, namely
rubber blades.
The received dependences allow us to determine the optimal mode of the device for cleaning of ears and the
main kinematic parameters clamping work organs, such as rubber blades.
