Abstract
В статті розроблено техніко-технологічні принципи вдосконалення пасивних стеблепідіймачів жатки зернозбирального комбайна на основі аналізу процесу піднімання стебел по їх поверхні та обґрунтовано перспективну схему стеблепідіймача, застосування якого забезпечуватиме якісне копіювання поверхні поля та повне підбирання стебел зернових культур незалежно від величини полеглості. The research objectives: to reasoning the technical and technologic principles for the passive lifters of harvester header perfection as process of stems moving on surface; to design the perspective lifter.
The lifters are mounted on the harvester headers by laid grain-crops harvesting. There are passive and
active lifters of different types. In the article there are determined the classification of lifters on the basis of
different characters and the perspective lifter for harvesting conditions adaptation. It is necessary to attain the high-quality circumscribe of the field surface and the complete lifting of laid grain-crops. There are planned the theoretical and experimental research for perspective lifter characterization.
The using of perspective lifter one can attain the high-quality grain-crops harvesting of different laid
level. The perspective lifter is longevous, effective and qualitative.
