Abstract
Досліджуються шляхи створення програмно-адаптивної автоматизованої системи керування змінними нормами висіву зерновими сівалками при сівбі за технологією точного землеробства. Визначається параметр та закон регулювання. The purpose of this paper is to investigate ways to create automatic control system (ACS) variable seeding rates for precision farming technology based drills SZ-3, 6 using the upgraded device registration and authentication of computer grain flow. The ways of creating software and adaptive automated control system for variable seed rate at sowing grain drills for precision farming technology are investigated. The parameter and the control law are determined. The hardware of the automatic control system developed includes trip computer with display, GSP receiver, routing-problem variable seed rates on an electronic medium (sowing map) Sensor speed drills, drills sensor included in the work; node registration and node synchronization preprocessing and data that make up the computer system identification ( CCI ) and play the role of feedback, line of electric control unit and lever feed shaft drill seeding machines. Function block incoming data and the formation of the current values of the density distribution of grain rely on the onboard computer. Overall, the described set is a closed dynamic ACS. In addition to improving the quality of sowing, the introduction of automatic control eliminates the need for preplant setting drills seed set rate, as this is done automatically on the first meters sowing by overshoot the programmed through each turn of the supporting-wheel drive drills.
