Abstract
Метою дослідження є систематизація основних підходів до визначення категорій «інтелектуальний потенціал», «інтелектуальний капітал», «інтелектуалізація праці» в умовах інноваційного розвитку економіки, а також визначення процесу формування інтелектуального потенціалу людини в умовах формування економіки знань.
The essence of categories "intellectual potential", "intellectual capital", "intellectualization of work" in terms of innovative economic development was justified in our study. Modern features of formation of intellectual human potential in the emerging knowledge economy were identified by author.
