Abstract
В статті проведені дослідження метричних різьбових з’єднань, які дозволяють розраховувати
коефіцієнт повноти різьби. Це дає можливість збільшити міцність різьбових з’єднань і, як результат,
підвищити надійність вузла і машини в цілому. В розрахунках враховували, що сила розподілена по
поверхні витка і прикладена в центрі ваги його робочої поверхні. При цьому враховували зусилля, яке
руйнує тіло болта, а також силу зрізу різьби болта і зусилля зрізу витка гайки. З отриманих рівнянь зрізу
для витків болта і гайки визначили коефіцієнт повноти різьби. В результаті проведених досліджень були
отримані умови рівноміцності стержня болта і різьби гайки. Із співвідношень для метричних стандартних
різьб і однакових матеріалів болта та гайки визначили висоту гайки, яка відповідає висоті стандартних гайок. The paper studies metric threaded connections which allow to calculate the coefficient of completeness
thread. This makes it possible to increase the strength of threaded connections and as a result increase the
reliability of the site and the car in general.
The calculations take into account that the force is distributed over the surface of the coil and attached
to the center of gravity of its working surface. This took into account the efforts that destroys the body bolt and
screw thread cut power and effort slice spiral nuts.
From these equations for cut turns the bolt and nut factor determined completeness thread. As a result
of the research were obtained conditions rivnomitsnosti rod bolt and nut thread. With relations for metric
standard thread and the same material bolt nuts and nut height determined which corresponds to the height standard screws.
