Abstract
Стаття присвячена дослідженню організації взаємовідносин між маинобудівними підприємствами та аутсорсерами логістичних функцій, які разом формують ланцюг чи мережу та сприяють досягненню підприємствами конкурентних переваг. У статті представлено логіку організації логістичного аутсорсингуна стратегічних засадах з урахуванням підсистем підприємства-замовника: процесної, структурної та технологічної з формуванням стратегічних ініціатив для кожної із них.
This article is devoted to the research of the relationship between machine-building enterprises and outsourcers logistics functions, which together form a chain or network of companies and contribute to competitive advantage. This article presents the logic of logistics outsourcing strategic principles based subsystem of the client: for process, structural and process of the formation of strategic initiatives for each of them. Reveals the logic of outsourcing logistics functions , acting kind of coordination mechanism, the use of which provides a comprehensive approach to solving various problems in the plane"of the client – outsourcer" by creating values, the best way to satisfy the interests of all participants in the interaction at different stages of the life cycle.
