Abstract
У статті систематизовано світовий досвід застосування IPO в приватизаційних процесах. Визначено умови, при дотриманні яких роздержавлення підприємств України через IPO буде ефективним. The aim of this work is to study the system based on the processing of international experience as a way of committing IPO privatization and possibilities of its use in the privatization process in Ukraine. The article summarizes the world experience with an IPO in the privatization process. The author defines the conditions, compliance with which will ensure the effectiveness of privatization of enterprises in Ukraine with the IPO. The results can be used in the development of a comprehensive model of privatization of national enterprises issuers.
