Abstract
У статті проаналізовано загальні тенденції у системі підготовки кваліфікованих робітників, пов’язані з ринковою трансформацією та чинники, що впливають на сучасний розвиток системи підготовки. Розроблено класифікацію чинників впливу на розвиток системи підготовки робітничих кадрів, систематизовано важелі регуляторного впливу держави на її розвиток. The aim of this work is to determine the factors influencing the development of workers’ training, to order factors and leverage of public influence on the development of the workforce’s training . In the article the general trends in the system of skilled workers’ training related to market transformation and the factors that influence the development of a modern system of training are analyzed. The classification of factors influencing the development of workers’ training are designed, leverage of the regulatory state influence on its development is systematized. The results will make it possible to make informed choices of regulatory instruments of state control to overcome the destructive action of various factors in certain situations.
