Abstract
Запропоновано підхід до побудови моделі оцінки стану системи управління прибутком торгового підприємства, що припускає використання методу нормативної системи значень показників, який передбачає формування максимально можливої динаміки стану торговельного підприємства. The aim of the article is an approach to building a model of the assessment of the status of the system of management of the profit of the commercial enterprise, which involves the use of a method of the regulatory system the values of the indicators, which provides for the formation of the maximum possible dynamics of the trading enterprises.
The main objective of developing a system of monitoring the state of the system of management of the profits of a trade company is a revelation of development tendencies of the enterprise; timely detection of deviations of actual results of operations from the internal standards of work of the enterprise; the identification of the causes of these deviations, and development of proposals on the corresponding adjustment of certain directions of activity with the purpose of its normalization and increase the overall efficiency.
Our proposed approach to building a model of the assessment of the status of the system of management of the profits of a trade company assumes use of a method of the regulatory system the values of the indicators, which provides for the formation of the maximum possible dynamics of the trading enterprises.
