Abstract
Метою статті є виявити наявність або відсутність кореляційного зв'язку між кластеризацією та національною конкурентоспроможністю країн. Гіпотеза авторів полягає в тому, що між розвитком кластерів та конкурентоспроможністю країни існує сильна кореляція, а це означає, що країни з більш високим рівнем кластеризації - країни з більш сильною економікою або більш високим рівнем національної конкурентоспроможності. Джерелом даних, проаналізованих в даній статті, є доповідь про конкурентоспроможність Всесвітнього економічного форуму 2014-2015 і 2016-2017 рр. Гіпотеза підтверджується даними. Таким чином, як результат, національна конкурентоспроможність будь-якої країни може бути підвищена шляхом розвитку кластеру, який стимулює продукуванню інновацій, інноваційних продуктів та інноваційної діяльності в цілому в контексті інноваційно-орієнтованої економіки. The purpose of this paper is to identify the presence or absence of a correlation between the cluster development and the countries’ national competitiveness. The authors' hypothesis is that strong correlation exists between cluster development and country's competiveness, which means that the countries with higher level of clusterization - the countries with stronger economies or higher level of national competitiveness. The source of the data analysed in this paper is the Competitiveness report of the World Economic Forum 2014-2015 and 2016–2017. The hypothesis is accepted by the data. Thus, as a conclusion, any country's national competitiveness can be improved through the cluster development, which stimulates the creation of innovations, innovative products and innovative activities in general within the framework of innovative-oriented economy.
