У ній систематизовано методичні підходи до оцінки конкурентних позицій аграрного сектору країни на ринку ЄС, що є актуальним у контексті євроінтеграційних прагнень України. Автор детально проаналізував вплив інтеграції нових членів ЄС на конкурентоспроможність їхніх аграрних секторів на європейському ринку, зокрема розглянув досвід Польщі. Визначено особливості трансформацій, які відбулися в аграрному секторі Польщі після вступу до ЄС, включаючи напрями його подальшого розвитку. Розглянуто інструменти державної політики, які сприяли успішній адаптації польського аграрного сектору до вимог ЄС. У роботі проведено порівняльний аналіз конкурентних позицій аграрного сектору України та країн ЄС, що дозволило оцінити його сильні та слабкі сторони. Автор обґрунтував стратегічні пріоритети удосконалення державної аграрної політики України з урахуванням досвіду Польщі, що включають адаптацію інструментів підтримки, стимулювання модернізації аграрного виробництва та підвищення ефективності інтеграції у європейський ринок. Дослідження має важливе теоретичне і практичне значення. Результати роботи можуть бути використані для формування та реалізації державної політики у сфері розвитку аграрного сектору України, спрямованої на інтеграцію до європейського ринку. The work is dedicated to studying the essence of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) of the European Union and the main directions of its implementation in EU member states. It systematizes methodological approaches to evaluating the competitive positions of a country's agricultural sector in the EU market, which is particularly relevant in the context of Ukraine's European integration aspirations. The author provides a detailed analysis of the impact of integrating new EU members on the competitiveness of their agricultural sectors in the European market, specifically examining Poland's experience. The study identifies the transformations that occurred in Poland's agricultural sector after joining the EU, including directions for its further development. It also explores the instruments of state policy that facilitated the successful adaptation of Poland's agricultural sector to EU requirements. The work includes a comparative analysis of the competitive positions of the agricultural sectors of Ukraine and EU countries, enabling the assessment of their strengths and weaknesses. The author substantiates strategic priorities for improving Ukraine's state agricultural policy, taking into account Poland's experience. These priorities include adapting support instruments, stimulating the modernization of agricultural production, and enhancing the efficiency of integration into the European market. The research holds significant theoretical and practical value. Завдяки проведенню системного аналізу окреслено особливості та специфіку сучасних зовнішньоторговельних відносин у вітчизняній олійній промисловості. Виявлено ключові тенденції, проблеми й досвід підприємств щодо посилення експортного потенціалу, а також узагальнено шляхи його оптимізації в умовах економічної нестабільності. У результаті дослідження визначено перспективи розвитку, обґрунтовано економічні аспекти підвищення конкурентоспроможності та експортного потенціалу підприємств галузі, а також запропоновано організаційно-економічні механізми і заходи для підвищення ефективності експорту в контексті євроінтеграційних процесів. The qualification paper analyzes the pressing issues of forming the competitiveness and export potential of Ukrainian enterprises in the oilseed industry. It identifies strategic directions for strengthening these enterprises under the current threats and challenges. Through systematic analysis, the study outlines the features and specifics of modern foreign trade relations in the domestic oilseed industry. Key trends, problems, and the experience of enterprises in enhancing export potential are highlighted, along with a summary of approaches to optimizing it under economic instability. Аналізуються фактори конкурентоспроможності та торговельного потенціалу України в європейському економічному прсторі. Використовуючи кластерний аналіз і факторний аналіз, формульовано рекомендації щодо підвищення конкурентоспроможності зовнішньої торгівлі України на світовому ринку і зацікавленості іноземних партнерів у розвитку зовнішньої торгівлі в Європі. Проаналізовано трансформацію макро- та мікросередовища України як необхідну умову підвищення її конкурентоспроможності на європейському ринку, визначено напрями підвищення міжнародної конкурентоспроможності України в контексті пріоритетів інтеграційної політики, забезпечення міжнародної конкурентоспроможності економіки України в процесі європейської інтеграції. Було запропоновано організаційно-економічні механізми забезпечення міжнародної конкурентоспроможності економіки України в процесі європейської інтеграції. The qualification work reveals the system of international competitiveness of the Ukrainian economy based on the analysis of the dynamics of its competitive advantages in the global environment, explores the place of foreign trade in the system of competitive advantages of Ukraine in the context of integration into the EU and the process of changing integration vectors. Analyzes the factors of competitiveness and trade potential of Ukraine in the European economic space. Using cluster analysis and factor analysis, recommendations are formulated to increase the competitiveness of Ukraine's foreign trade in the world market and the interest of foreign partners in the development of foreign trade in Europe. Analyzes the transformation of Ukraine's macro- and microenvironment as a necessary condition for increasing its competitiveness in the European market, identifies directions for increasing Ukraine's international competitiveness in the context of integration policy priorities, ensuring the international competitiveness of the Ukrainian economy in the process of European integration. В результаті дослідження обгрунтовано перспективи та окреслено економічні засади посилення експортного потенціалу та конкурентоспроможності українських підприємств харчової промисловості в контексті євроінтеграції, організаційно-економічні механізми підвищення ефективності експортного потенціалу підприємств харчової промисловості. The qualification work examines the peculiarities, trends, regularities and problems of the formation of competitiveness and export potential of the food industry enterprises of Ukraine and the strategic priorities of their strengthening in the conditions of deepening European integration. On the basis of the conducted analysis, the specifics of modern foreign trade relations of the domestic food industry were analyzed. The main trends and problems, the experience of strengthening the export potential of foreign countries are identified, and the directions of its optimization in the conditions of European integration are summarized. Виявлено особливості, тенденції, проблеми вітчизняного експорту текстильної продукції. Узагальнено досвід посилення ефективності експорту текстильної продукції зарубіжних країн та узагальнено шляхи його оптимізації в умовах євроінтеграції. В результаті дослідження обґрунтовані економічні засади посилення ефективності експорту вітчизняних підприємств легкої промисловості в контексті євроінтеграції. Окреслено організаційно-економічні заходи підвищення міжнародної конкурентоспроможності підприємств легкої промисловості. The qualification work examines the problems of export development of domestic enterprises of light industry and strategic directions of increasing its effectiveness in the conditions of deepening European integration. On the basis of the conducted analysis, the specificity of modern foreign trade relations of the light industry of Ukraine is determined. Features, trends, problems of the domestic export of textile products are revealed. The experience of increasing the effectiveness of the export of textile products of foreign countries is summarized and the ways of its optimization in the conditions of European integration are summarized. As a result of the study, the economic principles of increasing the export efficiency of domestic enterprises of light industry in the context of European integration are substantiated. The work is devoted to the study of the essence of the Common Agricultural Policy of the EU and the main directions of its implementation in the member countries. Methodical approaches to assessing the competitive positions of the country's agricultural sector on the EU market are systematized in the work. The impact of the European integration of the new EU member states on the competitiveness of the agricultural sector of these countries on the European market is analyzed. The peculiarities of the transformation of the agricultural sector of Poland and the directions of its development after the country's accession to the EU are determined. The tools for the implementation of the state policy on the development of the agricultural sector in Poland are analyzed. The competitive position of the agricultural sector of Ukraine on the European market in comparison with EU countries is evaluated. Проаналізовано сутність і структуру банківських послуг в контексті лібералізації зовнішньоекономічного режиму України. Визначено роль банківських установ у функціонуванні інфраструктури зовнішньоекономічних зв'язків. Систематизувати основні інструменти та напрямки банківських послуг ЗЕД. Проаналізовано економічний потенціал українських банків у контексті поглиблення євроінтеграційного процесу. Проведено оцінку рівня впливу діяльності банків на ЗЕД України. Проаналізовано ефективність обслуговування зовнішньоекономічної діяльності АТ «Укрексімбанк». Обґрунтовано стратегічні напрямки, сучасні механізми, технології та загальні пріоритети розвитку української банківської системи в контексті поглибленої євроінтеграції. Надано рекомендації стосовно підвищення ефективності діяльності АТ «Укрексімбанк» у сфері обслуговування зовнішньоторговельної діяльності. The work examines the trends, problems, characteristics, patterns of effective banking services of domestic companies in the conditions of liberalization of the foreign economic regime. The essence and structure of banking services in the context of the liberalization of Ukraine's foreign economic regime are analyzed. The role of banking institutions in the functioning of the infrastructure of foreign economic relations is defined. To systematize the main tools and areas of banking services of the Foreign Exchange. The economic potential of Ukrainian banks in the context of deepening the European integration process is analyzed. An assessment of the level of influence of banks' activities on the foreign currency of Ukraine was carried out. The efficiency of servicing the foreign economic activity of JSC "Ukreximbank" was analyzed. The strategic directions, modern mechanisms, technologies and general priorities of the development of the Ukrainian banking system in the context of deepened European integration are substantiated. Recommendations have been made regarding the improvement of the efficiency of JSC "Ukreximbank" in the field of servicing foreign trade activities.
