    Удосконалення механізму економічної безпеки підприємства (на прикладі ТОВ «Торговельний дім «Гідросила» м. Кропивницький)

    У першому розділі викладено узагальнено теоретичні основи системи забезпечення економічної безпеки як умови ефективного функціонування підприємства. У другому розділі висвітлено господарсько – правові засади підприємства, його характеристику, проведено аналіз фінансово – економічного стану, а також проаналізовано узагальнюючі та диференційовані показники ефективності діяльності досліджуваного підприємства. У третьому розділі визначено напрями формування системи забезпечення економічної безпеки підприємства. Запропоновано алгоритм управління ризиками як складової системи забезпечення економічної безпеки з метою ефективного функціонування підприємства. Удосконалено механізм економічної безпеки підприємства. The first chapter summarizes the theoretical foundations of the economic security system as a condition for the effective functioning of the enterprise. In the second section, the economic and legal foundations of the enterprise, its characteristics, an analysis of the financial and economic condition, and general and differentiated performance indicators of the enterprise under study are analyzed. In the third section, directions for the formation of the system for ensuring the economic security of the enterprise are defined. A risk management algorithm is proposed as a component of the system of ensuring economic security for the purpose of effective functioning of the enterprise. The mechanism of economic security of the enterprise has been improved.

    Напрями розвитку потенціалу підприємства (на прикладі ТОВ «Охоронно-пожежний захист» м. Кропивницький)

    В першому розділі роботі досліджувалися питання теоретико-методологічних засад оцінки потенціалу підприємства, уточнено та доповнено поняття потенціал підприємства, запропонована узагальнена система факторів розвитку потенціалу підприємства. В другому розділі проведено SWOT-аналіз, оцінка ефективності потенціалу ТОВ «Охоронно-пожежний захист» і можливостей розвитку. Була розроблена графоаналітична модель потенціалу підприємства. В третьому розділі набуло подальшого розвитку моделювання потенціалу підприємства, з врахуванням закону Ешбі; запропоновано унікальний підхід до визначення функціонування та розвитку потенціалу підприємства через його властивості; визначено напрями розвитку потенціалу підприємства, враховуючи особливості його діяльності, серед яких є проведення рекламних акцій на Інтернет-площадках, запровадження на підприємстві станції зарядки вуглекислотних вогнегасників CFA-4 покращить якість та конкурентоспроможність продукції. In the first section of the work the issues of theoretical and methodological bases of enterprise potential assessment were investigated, the concept of enterprise potential was specified and supplemented, a generalized system of factors of enterprise potential development was proposed. In the second section, a SWOT-analysis, assessment of the effectiveness of the potential of LLC "Fire Protection" and development opportunities. A graph-analytical model of the enterprise's potential was developed. In the third section, the modeling of enterprise potential was further developed, taking into account Ashby's law; the unique approach to definition of functioning and development of potential of the enterprise through its properties is offered; identified areas of development of the company's potential, taking into account the peculiarities of its activities, including advertising campaigns on Internet sites, the introduction of charging stations for carbon dioxide fire extinguishers CFA-4 will improve the quality and competitiveness of products.
