    Управління інноваційними процесами на підприємстві

    Мета кваліфікаційної роботи полягає у дослідженні теоретичних, організаційно-методичних та прикладних аспектів управління інноваційними процесами на підприємстві, визначенні основних бар’єрів на шляху впровадження інновацій та обґрунтуванні стратегічних пріоритетів активізації інноваційної діяльності господарюючого суб’єкта. У роботі здобувачем вирішено наступні завдання: визначити cутність, роль та навести класифікацію інновацій; розглянути інноваційну діяльність як об’єкт управління у сучасних умовах; дослідити організаційні та методичні підходи до управління інноваційними процесами на підприємствах; навести характеристику стану і тенденцій господарської діяльності підприємства; здійснити аналіз основних фінансово-економічних показників діяльності підприємства; визначити особливості управління інноваційними процесами на підприємстві; ідентифікувати бар’єри у сфері активізації інноваційних процесів підприємства та шляхи їх подолання; обґрунтувати стратегічні пріоритети розвитку інноваційних процесів будівельної компанії. Об’єктом дослідження є процес управління інноваційною діяльністю на підприємстві. The purpose of the qualification work is to study the theoretical, organizational-methodical and applied aspects of the management of innovation processes at the enterprise, to determine the main barriers to the implementation of innovations and to substantiate the strategic priorities of the activation of innovative activities of the business entity. In the work, the acquirer solved the following tasks: to determine the significance, role and classification of innovations; to consider innovative activity as an object of management in modern conditions; to investigate organizational and methodical approaches to the management of innovation processes at enterprises; to describe the state and trends of the enterprise's economic activity; to carry out an analysis of the main financial and economic indicators of the enterprise; to determine the peculiarities of management of innovative processes at the enterprise; to identify barriers in the field of activation of innovative processes of the enterprise and ways to overcome them; to justify the strategic priorities of the development of innovative processes of the construction company. The object of the research is the process of managing innovative activities at the enterprise.

    Управління інноваційною діяльністю аграрного підприємства

    Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є розробка теоретичних і практичних рекомендацій щодо удосконалення управління інноваційною діяльністю на аграрному підприємстві СФГ «Володар». Завданнями кваліфікаційної роботи є: дослідити теоретичні засади інноваційної діяльності агропідприємств в сучасних умовах господарювання; вивчити сутність інноваційних процесів та механізм розробки стратегії інноваційного розвитку аграрного підприємства; провести організаційно-економічну характеристику СФГ «Володар» та проаналізувати стан управління інноваційною діяльністю на підприємстві; визначити основні тренди розвитку інноваційної діяльності аграрних підприємств та на їх основі розробити пропозиції щодо впровадження диджитал-технологій для удосконалення інноваційної діяльності СФГ «Володар». Об'єктом дослідження є процес інноваційного управління на аграрному підприємстві СФГ «Володар». Предмет дослідження є комплекс теоретико-методичних та прикладних аспектів управління інноваційною діяльністю аграрного підприємства з метою розробки рекомендацій щодо її удосконалення для СФГ «Володар». За результатами дослідження розроблені пропозиції щодо удосконалення управління інноваційною діяльністю підприємства. The tasks of the qualification work are: to study the theoretical foundations of innovation activity of agricultural enterprises in modern economic conditions; to study the essence of innovation processes and the mechanism for developing a strategy for innovative development of an agricultural enterprise; to conduct an organizational and economic characteristic of the agricultural enterprise «Volodar» and analyze the state of innovation management at the enterprise; to identify the main trends in the development of innovation activity of agricultural enterprises and, on their basis, to develop proposals for the introduction of digital technologies. The object of the study is the process of innovation management at the agricultural enterprise «Volodar». The subject of the study is a set of theoretical, methodological and applied aspects of managing the innovation activity of an agricultural enterprise in order to develop recommendations for its improvement for the agricultural enterprise «Volodar». Based on the results of the study, proposals for improving the management of innovation activities of the enterprise have been developed.
