С.This study aims to establish a harmonious interaction between the transport services market and innovation development in the transport sector. A comprehensive set of measures must be implemented to ensure a long-term presence in the European transport services market. These measures should promote the achievement of sustainable development goals, creation of a unified European transport system, strengthening of competitive advantages, and efficient management of resources in transport and logistics companies etc. Стаття присвячена дослідженню функціонування ринку транспортних послуг в контексті розвитку інноваційної діяльності та побудови організаційно-економічної платформи для його ефективного функціонування. Автори наголошують на необхідності запровадження інновацій та залучення інвестицій у транспортну галузь, оскільки це має безпосередній вплив на економічний стан країни. У роботі детально розглянуто основні чинники формування ринку транспортних послуг, серед яких виділено організаційні, економічні, соціально-культурні, політичні, управлінські, військові, інфраструктурні та ресурсні фактори. Особлива увага приділяється аналізу сучасного стану транспортного ринку України в умовах воєнного часу, висвітлюються проблеми та виклики, з якими стикається галузь тощо.Item Інвестиційно-інноваційна діяльність в Україні в контексті Євроінтеграції(ЦНТУ, 2023) Гаврилова, Н. М.; Gavrilova, N.; Zadorozhnia, L.У статті розглянуто роль інновацій як основи Євроінтеграційних процесів в Україні, розглянуто погляди сучасних науковців на поняття інновації, проаналізовано стан інноваційної діяльності в Україні та її особливості в умовах війни. Визначенні інвестиційні можливості України в умовах євроінтеграції. Проаналізовано стан інвестиційної діяльності в Україні в період 2021-2022 роки. За результатами дослідження виявлено, що найбільшими країнами-інвесторами були Кіпр, Нідерланди, Швейцарія, Велика Британія, Німеччина, Австрія , Люксембург та Франція.За підсумками 2021 року у промисловість вкладено 36% загального обсягу капітальних інвестицій, сільське, лісове будівництво – 8,3%. Проаналізовано показники фінансування капітальних інвестицій з державного та місцевих бюджетів. Здійснено оцінку надання субвенцій із державного бюджету місцевим бюджетам для фінансування інвестиційних та інноваційних проектів. Висвітлено сучасні особливості та перспективи фінансування інвестиційно-інноваційної діяльності з державного фонду регіонального розвитку. Визначено форми державного інвестиційного кредитування. В статье рассмотрены формы и методы государственной финансовой и кредитной поддержки инвестиционно-инновационного развития экономики Украины. Проанализированы показатели финансирования капитальных инвестиций из государственного и местных бюджетов. Произведена оценка предоставления субвенций из государственного бюджета местным бюджетам для финансирования инвестиционных и инновационных проектов. Освещены современные особенности и перспективы финансирования инвестиционно-инновационной деятельности из государственного фонда регионального развития. Определены формы государственного инвестиционного кредитования. The purpose of the article is to study the forms and methods of state financial and credit support for investment and innovative development in the context of transformational changes in the economy and social sphere. The state investment projects are implemented by the state investment into objects of state ownership with the use of the state capital investments and/or the loans (loans) attracted by the state or under the state guarantees. In the modern economy, the role of the State as a direct investor is preserved for basic life-supporting industries and the social sphere, which are unattractive for private capital, as well as for industries of important State importance. The state according to the legislation of Ukraine, provides direct budgetary financing of scientific and scientific and technical activity which is divided into basic and program and target. The possibility of using state budget funds to finance investment and innovation projects is limited due to a significant budget deficit. Subvents from the state budget to local budgets for implementation of investment projects (programs) are provided exclusively for creation, growth or renewal of fixed funds of the communal form of ownership and are directed to the introduction of energy and resource-saving technologies; Construction and reconstruction of social and cultural facilities; Development of road and public utilities; Implementation of environmental and environmental activities. An important instrument of the State policy of financing investment and innovative development is the creation of a State fund for regional development, the funds of which are directed to the implementation of investment programs and projects for regional development (including cooperation projects and voluntary unification of territorial communities) aimed at the development of the regions. In order to intensify innovation activities in the regions, it is necessary to ensure adequate financing from the State Fund for Regional Development of Investment Regional Programmes and Projects with a concentration of funds on the creation of infrastructure for industrial and innovative parks, ensuring balanced development of the regions and modernization of social, production, transport and engineering infrastructure. An important instrument for enhancing investment and innovation development is state investment lending, the implementation of which takes place in the form of preferential innovation credit, consumer state credit, tax investment credit, state lending of investment projects, state investment lending of economic entities.Item Інноваційна активність підприємств через призму інвестування в людський капітал(КНТУ, 2005) Масленко, О. П.В статті висвітлено теоретичні позиції та передумови інноваційного розвитку аграрної сфери АПК. Виявлено і рекомендовано основні напрями активізації інноваційно-інвестиційної діяльності сільськогосподарських підприємств. Встановлено, що розвиток сільськогосподарського виробництва на сучасному етапі демократичного державотворення ґрунтується в основному на досягненнях науково-технічного прогресу, визначальна роль у якому належить прискоренню інвестиційної діяльності. Запропоновано створювати культуру досліджень, що базуються в університетах, з метою повної інтеграції та взаємо підсилення науки та освіти, а також систему конкурсного фінансування університетської науки, що передбачала б підтримку як фундаментальної, так і прикладної сільськогосподарської науки. It is investigated that investments into an agricultural science і can make technics to development of a democratic society and economic growth – key elements of the environment favorable for innovations.
