С.This study aims to establish a harmonious interaction between the transport services market and innovation development in the transport sector. A comprehensive set of measures must be implemented to ensure a long-term presence in the European transport services market. These measures should promote the achievement of sustainable development goals, creation of a unified European transport system, strengthening of competitive advantages, and efficient management of resources in transport and logistics companies etc. Стаття присвячена дослідженню функціонування ринку транспортних послуг в контексті розвитку інноваційної діяльності та побудови організаційно-економічної платформи для його ефективного функціонування. Автори наголошують на необхідності запровадження інновацій та залучення інвестицій у транспортну галузь, оскільки це має безпосередній вплив на економічний стан країни. У роботі детально розглянуто основні чинники формування ринку транспортних послуг, серед яких виділено організаційні, економічні, соціально-культурні, політичні, управлінські, військові, інфраструктурні та ресурсні фактори. Особлива увага приділяється аналізу сучасного стану транспортного ринку України в умовах воєнного часу, висвітлюються проблеми та виклики, з якими стикається галузь тощо.Item Інвестиційно-інноваційна діяльність в Україні в контексті Євроінтеграції(ЦНТУ, 2023) Гаврилова, Н. М.; Gavrilova, N.; Zadorozhnia, L.У статті розглянуто роль інновацій як основи Євроінтеграційних процесів в Україні, розглянуто погляди сучасних науковців на поняття інновації, проаналізовано стан інноваційної діяльності в Україні та її особливості в умовах війни. Визначенні інвестиційні можливості України в умовах євроінтеграції. Проаналізовано стан інвестиційної діяльності в Україні в період 2021-2022 роки. За результатами дослідження виявлено, що найбільшими країнами-інвесторами були Кіпр, Нідерланди, Швейцарія, Велика Британія, Німеччина, Австрія , Люксембург та Франція.За підсумками 2021 року у промисловість вкладено 36% загального обсягу капітальних інвестицій, сільське, лісове будівництво – 8,3%. А.; Sushchenko, O.В статті наведено принципові підходи щодо розвитку туристичних дестинацій, в першу чергу, завдяки інвестиційній складовій. Обґрунтовано необхідність розвитку дестинацій сільського та зеленого туризму задля вирішення проблематики диспропорцій соціально-економічного розвитку сільських територій та диверсифікації сільської економіки. Показано, що розвиток дестинацій сільського та зеленого туризму тісно пов’язаний з екологічними проблемами, до яких прикута увага не лише на державному, а й на глобальному рівні. Популяризація розвитку сільського та зеленого туризму в Україні дозволить не тільки вирішити екологічні проблеми регіонів, а й стати одним із напрямів диверсифікації сільської економіки, оскільки туризм, за статистикою Всесвітньої ради з туризму та екскурсій та Всесвітньої туристичної організації, є найбільшою динамічною галуззю у світі. Зупинення господарської діяльності великої кількості суб’єктів туристичного бізнесу призвело до втрати ними конкурентних позицій, а для деяких – до подальшого виходу з ринку. Для відновлення їх функціонування необхідно залучити інвестиційні ресурси, а також розробити відповідні програми підтримки як на регіональному, так і на національному рівнях. Інвестиції в туристичну діяльність сприятимуть подальшому ефективному розвитку, насамперед, регіонів України. Проаналізовано специфіку та визначено основні напрями залучення інвестицій в туристичну сферу. Враховуючи досить низьку інвестиційну активність у туристичній сфері, а особливо капітальні вкладення у розвиток туристичної сфери у сільській місцевості, доцільно активізувати співпрацю суб’єктів господарювання із спеціалізованими фондами, венчурними компаніями та іншими установами, зокрема з Фондом розвитку сільських територій. Визначено можливості вирішення проблематики залучення фінансових ресурсів задля фінансування туристичних проектів. Виокремлено основні чинники впливу на розвиток сільського та зеленого туризму. Запропоновано узагальнений план дій для розвитку сільського та зеленого туризму. The article presents principled approaches to the development of tourist destinations, primarily due to the investment component. The need for the development of rural and green tourism destinations in order to solve the problem of disproportions in the socio-economic development of rural areas and diversification of the rural economy is justified. It is shown that the development of rural and green tourism destinations is closely interrelated with environmental issues, to which attention is focused not only at the state, but also at the global level. Popularization of the development of rural and green tourism in Ukraine will allow not only to solve the environmental problems of the regions, but also to become one of the directions of diversification of the rural economy, since tourism, according to the statistics of the World Council on Tourism and Excursions and the World Tourism Organization, is the largest dynamic industry in the world. The suspension of business activity of a large number of tourism business entities led to the loss of their competitive positions, and for some to further exit from the market. To restore their functioning, it is necessary to attract investment resources, as well as to develop appropriate support programs at both the regional and national levels. Investments in tourism activities will contribute to the further effective development, first of all, of the Ukraine regions. The specifics have been analyzed and the main directions of investment attraction in the field of tourism have been determined. Considering the rather low investment activity in the tourism sector, and especially capital investments in the development of the tourism sector in rural areas, it is advisable to intensify the cooperation of business entities with specialized funds, venture capital companies and other institutions, in particular with the Fund for the Development of Rural Areas. The possibilities of solving the problem of attracting financial resources for the financing of tourism projects have been determined. The main factors influencing the development of rural and green tourism are highlighted. A generalized action plan for the development of rural and green tourism is proposed. According to it, it is necessary to solve the tasks set in the direction of investment support for the development of rural and green tourism, increase the efficiency of management, organize partnerships with state authorities, develop quality standards for rural estates of Ukraine, improve the qualifications of subjects of tourist activity and create a marketing plan for the development of rural and green tourism.Item Управління проектними ризиками в інвестиційній діяльності дорожнього господарства(ЦНТУ, 2019) Коваль, В. Досліджено кількість дорожньо-транспортних пригод на дорогах і вулицях на часовому інтервалі та потерпілих у дорожньо-транспортних пригодах на часовому інтервалі. Проаналізовані капітальні інвестиції у транспортну сферу та структура прямих інвестицій за видом економічної діяльності "Транспорт, складське господарство, поштова та кур’єрська діяльність" у розрізі країн світу. Розглядаються ризики у транспортній сфері. Досліджується динаміка індикаторів ризику. Проаналізовано рівень інвестиційної привабливості та конкретизовано проблеми дорожнього господарства як сучасного ринку інфраструктури України. В статье уточнено определение понятия риска. Исследовано количество дорожно-транспортных происшествий на дорогах и улицах на временном интервале, а также пострадавших в дорожно-транспортных происшествиях на временном интервале. Проанализированы капитальные инвестиции в транспортную сферу и структура прямых инвестиций по виду экономической деятельности "Транспорт, складское хозяйство, почтовая и курьерская деятельность" в разрезе стран мира. Рассматриваются риски в транспортной сфере. Исследуется динамика индикаторов риска. Проанализирован уровень инвестиционной привлекательности и конкретизованы проблемы дорожного хозяйства как современного рынка инфраструктуры Украины. The infrastructure industry is highly risky compared to other activities. The influence of many external factors on the sphere of transport services makes it difficult to predict and risky in comparison with other types of economic activity. The purpose of the article is to identify risks in the transport sector, and to analyze the investment activity and problems of the modern infrastructure market as a road economy of Ukraine. The article discusses risks in the transport sector, analyzes the dynamics of risk indicators, investment attractiveness and problems of the modern infrastructure market as a road economy in Ukraine. It was revealed that the transport sector is one of the most risky due to the influence of external factors. The existence of uncertainty when planning the activities of transport companies and the unsatisfactory state of development of Ukraine's infrastructure is the reason for the decline in the country's public welfare. Existing risk can serve not only as an obstacle, but also as an incentive that encourages business structures and the state to actively form, develop and use new risk management tools, modernize existing systems, which will allow them to function more effectively in today's market conditions. It has been established that the development of infrastructure improves the development of other industries, contributes to the influx of investment in the country, increases economic potential, therefore, it is proposed to increase the relationship between enterprises and the state to solve the problem, situation. An important step towards improving the situation is the formation of a competitive services market and the increasing role of local authorities in budget allocation, attracting qualified workers and increasing transparency and control of the population and communities over all processes taking place in the field of infrastructure. One way to reduce risk in the transport sector is to modernize and control existing infrastructure and allocate financial resources through open online information systems and increase the role of local authorities and communities.Item Проблеми та перспективи розвитку венчурного бізнесу в Україні(ЦНТУ, 2018) Рябоволик, Т. Приведены негативные факторы развития венчурного бизнеса в Украине. Поставлено задание увеличения эффективности венчурного финансирования в Украине. The purpose of this research is evaluation of the level of venture business's development in Ukraine and also determination of the main factors of restraining and stimulating, which affect on the venture business. The current level of country's development depends on the level of development of the innovative activities, therefore the using of innovations is the main factor of the enterprise's success, which also affects to the level of country's development in general. To date, in Ukraine, the development of venture financing of the innovative enterprises is at the initial stage, because the venture funds do not correspond to the world realities, namely, they have the worst investment opportunities in the direction of direct and venture financing. However, Ukraine continues to occupy the status of a country in which the industries of raw materials occupy a significant part, and virtually there are not conditions for the effective implementation of innovative activities due to the various kinds of obstacles (financial, political, legal) which appear on the way to the realization of the innovative model of development in the country. The instrument of the implementation of such model is a creation of an effective national innovative system.Under the conditions of reforming Ukraine's economy and its orientation towards to the joining the European community it makes the search for the new sources of funding for the modernization of the productive sectors of the country’s economy, particularly for the investment of the innovative activities. Venture capital is one of the sources for such a rapid transition. Venture capital is an important source of financing for the start-up (newly created) companies or companies, which are in difficult conditions (on the verge of bankruptcy or a descending stage of development), this is the so-called "risk" capital. The possibility of using new financial instruments for promotion of innovative activities in Ukraine will partially solve the problem primarily small and medium businesses. The leading role in investing research and development is gradually moving from the public to the private sector. Creation and development of new technologies with simultaneous maximization of profits with high degree of risk needs to work with active, experienced, strategically oriented institutional investors. Venture capitalists specialize in analyzing, selecting and managing technological innovation projects, agree to go to justified risk in order to generate income. Further research in this area will cover the creation of favourable conditions for the development in Ukraine of high risk investments, the development of special system of state incentives for the creation of venture funds and companies.Item Організаційне забезпечення підвищення інвестиційної привабливості промислових підприємств(КНТУ, 2013) Лаптева, В. Визначені чинники, які визначають схильність до інвестування, тобто необхідність чи доцільність інвестиційного проекту. Запропонована раціональна модель організації розробки і прийняття інвестиційних рішень на підприємстві. З метою ілюстрації гнучкості інвестиційної політики до змін економічного середовища простежена еволюція змін в інвестиційній політиці промислового підприємства. Визначені основні характеристики раціональної організації інвестиційного процесу на підприємстві. The purpose of the article is to define the basic aspects of organization providing of increase of investment attractiveness of industrial enterprises. A management the increase of investment attractiveness of industrial enterprise in this research is examined as an instalment of the strategic planning, that, in same queue, is the constituent of strategic management and foresees planning on providing of long-term existence and profitability. In this case a basic task organization of investment process control on an enterprise is creation of the most favourable terms for the increase of efficiency of internal influence on the process of investing, and also to firmness and flexibility of investment policy to the changes of market conjucture at the simultaneous cutback of spending, which deal with the process of management. The authors offer the rational model of organization of development and acceptance of investment decisions in relation to the choice of investment project. Research results allowed to come to the conclusion, which consists in that in the conditions of vagueness of external environment and deficit of investment resources in Ukraine rises importance of such custom a process control, as guarantee of safety (decline of risk) of investment projects.Item Інвестиційні аспекти корпоратизації підприємств космічної галузі України(КНТУ, 2015) Бухун, Ю. The aim of research is to determine the major investment aspects of corporatization space industry of Ukraine in the modern conditions. To achieve this goal required: to defined basic directions of investment orientation process of corporatization entities in this sphere; to find out tasks and requirements for the process of corporatization space industry enterprises in Ukraine; to analyzed the world experience about process of corporatization of astronautics enterprises; to describing the state regulation mechanism of corporatization process in Ukraine space industry enterprises; to determined perspective projects in which the Ukrainian space company participated as objects integrated structures; to allocated main threats and ways of economic development of the space industry of Ukraine. The methodological basis of research is a systematic approach to disclosure of investment business aspects of corporatization space. Scientific methods research is a dialectical method, specific research methods used in the work, including the method of generalization and abstraction, deductive; analysis and synthesis; analogies; statistical and trend methods. Therefore, effective corporatization process space industry depends on the successful combination of effective public policy to promote investment attractiveness of proportional space and attract extra-budgetary funds. It will create favorable conditions for the development of space technologies, to form an internal space services market and increase export potential. О.; Damascen, MikhailУ статті запропоновано методику планування виробничої діяльності для малого підприємства з урахуванням сучасних особливостей в умовах науково-технологічному розвитку. Проаналізовано ситуацію, яка склалася на сьогоднішній момент з веденням планування діяльності малих підприємств Одеської області. Запропонована спрощена система бізнес-планування, яка розроблена спеціально для представників малого бізнесу. Обґрунтовано визначення та підходи щодо реалізації системи планування ведення діяльності саме малого підприємства в умовах науково-технологічного розвитку. Запропонована спеціальна методика роботи з бізнес-планування на малих підприємствах, встановлено взаємозв'язок між впровадженням цієї методики і підвищенням ефективності діяльності суб'єктів малого підприємництва Одеської області. The paper proposes a method of production planning for small businesses in accordance with modern features in the scientific and technological development. Analyzed the situation that existed at the moment of doing the planning of small businesses in Odessa region. Proposed a simplified business planning system, which is designed specifically for small businesses. The analysis was performed on some of the above factors, as they best reflect the situation characteristic for organizations planning systems of the time, and at the same time, these factors can reveal trends in the development planning process today. Justified the definition and implementation of management planning activities is a small enterprise with scientific and technological development as well as for other small businesses need to plan less obvious. Offered a special method of working on business planning for small businesses and the interrelation between the introduction of this technique and efficiency of small businesses in Odessa region. Feature of the proposed methodology of business planning is that it covers virtually the entire spectrum of management, orders, and systematizing the process of decision-making. In this technology, business planning provides a mechanism for finding the optimal management decisions based on the potential opportunities of external and internal environment.Item Дослідження впливу процесів злиття та поглинання на динаміку ВВП України(КНТУ, 2014) Дмитришин, Б. В.; Dmitrishin, BohdanМетою статті є дослідження та оцінка показників злиття та поглинання в українській економіці за допомогою методів кореляційно-регресійного аналізу. Для практичної реалізації зазначеного підходу досліджено динаміку процесів злиття та поглинання, а також представлено комплекс розроблених регресійних моделей для оцінки впливу вищезазначених процесів на валовий внутрішній продукт України. Проведене дослідження показало, що зв'язок між обсягами фактичного ВВП України та показниками угод як на вітчизняному, так і світовому ринку злиттів та поглинань характеризується складною аналітичною формою та хаотичною динамікою. The article aims to research and evaluation of mergers and acquisitions in the Ukrainian economy by methods of correlation and regression analysis. For the practical implementation of this approach thoroughly investigated of mergers and acquisitions and analyzes the impact of the global financial and economic crisis of the early twenty-first century, their dynamics, and provides a set of developed regression models to assess the impact of the above processes on the gross domestic product of Ukraine. The correlation-regression analysis indicator of mergers and acquisitions was supplemented by foreign direct investment and investment in fixed assets. The research showed that the relationship between the amount of actual Ukraine's GDP and indicators on domestic and international M&A characterized by a complicated analytical form and chaotic dynamics.
