Журило ; Центральноукраїн. нац. техн. ун-т. – Кропивницький : ЦНТУ, 2023. – 130 с.https://dspace.kntu.kr.ua/handle/123456789/13748У першому розділі роботи розглянуто ключові аспекти розвитку понятійного апарату гнучкості підприємства, представленого в наукових джерелах; запропоновано авторське визначення гнучкості та стратегічної гнучкості підприємства; подано класифікацію поняття гнучкості за критерієм системності; розроблено концепцію формування механізму забезпечення стратегічної гнучкості підприємства, як послідовного комплексу відповідних організаційних процедур та економічних інструментів адаптації підприємств до несподіваних і непередбачуваних впливів зовнішнього середовища. В другому розділі подано загальну характеристику підприємства; проведено поглиблений аналіз зовнішнього макросередовища та безпосереднього оточення даного підприємства, аналіз внутрішнього середовища; зроблено SNW-аналіз його сильних та слабких сторін; складено баланс факторів зовнішнього та внутрішнього середовищ за методикою SWOT-аналізу. В третьому розділі визначено стратегію подальшого розвитку підприємства, напрямки укріплення його конкурентних позицій; запропоновано методичний підхід до оцінювання рівня стратегічної гнучкості підприємства; обґрунтовано економічну ефективність розвитку одного з напрямків діяльності підприємства – монтажу систем автономного тепловодопостачання. The first section considers the key aspects of the development of the conceptual apparatus of enterprise flexibility, presented in scientific sources; the author's definition of flexibility and strategic flexibility of the enterprise is proposed; the classification of the concept of flexibility according to the criterion of systematicity is given; the concept of formation of the mechanism of maintenance of strategic flexibility of the enterprise as a consistent complex of the corresponding organizational procedures and economic tools of adaptation of the enterprises to unexpected and unpredictable influences of external environment is developed. The second section presents a general description of the enterprise; an in-depth analysis of the external macroenvironment and the immediate environment of the enterprise, analysis of the internal environment; made SNW-analysis of its strengths and weaknesses; the balance of factors of external and internal environments according to a technique of SWOT-analysis is made.
