Обґрунтовано доцільність поєднання «класичних» заходів з енергозбереження із більш широким використанням відновлюваних джерел енергії, зокрема сонячної та вітрової. The purpose of this article is to analyze the status of the Ukrainian communal domestic economy, selection of the most meaningful problems for today for the population, in the light of tariffs growth, and development of measures in decision of these problems facilities of energy-savings and wider introduction of renewable energy sources. In the article the modern standard of prices was analyzed on communal services, status of the Ukrainian communal domestic economy, level of its development and problem. Expedience the association of «classic» events is grounded on an energy-savings with the more wide use of renewable energy, in particular sun and wind sources. Authors are select 10 directions of decision of problems. Practical recommendations are given about application of organizational and technical facilities.
