Поглиблено сутність оборотних активів підприємства, охарактеризовано систему управління ними. Досліджено науково-методичні підходи до оцінки ефективності управління оборотними активами на підприємстві. Проаналізовано склад, структуру, динаміку та джерела фінансування оборотних активів філії «Кіровоградська ДЕД» ДП «Кіровоградський облавтодор». Визначено тип політики фінансування оборотних активів досліджуваного підприємства. Розроблено рекомендації щодо покращення процесу управління оборотними активами підприємства, які містять комплекс заходів із оптимізації структури джерел їх фінансування. Обґрунтовано пропозиції стосовно формування ефективного механізму управління складовими елементами оборотних активів підприємства: дебіторською заборгованістю, виробничими запасами та грошовими коштами. Запропоновано створення ефективної системи управління оборотними активами підприємства на основі діагностичного інструментарію. The theoretical and methodical bases of management of current assets of an enterprise were investigated in the work. The essence of current assets of an enterprise was deepened and the system of their management was described. The scientific-methodical approaches to the assessment of managerial efficiency of current assets at an enterprise were investigated. The composition, structure, dynamics and sources of financing of current assets of «Kirovohrad ROA» as a branch of the State Enterprise «Kirovohrad Oblavtodor» were analyzed. The type of financing policy of the current assets of the investigated enterprise was determined. The recommendations for improving the management of current assets of the enterprise, containing a set of propositions aimed at optimizing of the structure of sources of their financing, were devised. The propositions concerning the formation of an effective mechanism of management of the following integral elements of the current assets of the enterprise were substantiated: accounts receivable, production inventories and financial resources.
