Мета роботи зумовила постановку наступних завдань: － вивчити сутність конкурентних переваг організації; － розглянути підходи до управління конкурентними перевагами транспортного підприємства; － дослідити механізм формування конкурентних переваг підприємств сфери транспорту; － здійснити аналітичну роботу та оцінити стан конкурентних переваг ТОВ “ДАК-ТРАНС”; － розробити напрямки формування конкурентних переваг транспортного підприємства ТОВ “ДАК-ТРАНС”; － запропонувати інноваційні рішення для забезпечення конкурентних переваг транспортного підприємства. Об’єктом дослідження є процес формування конкурентних переваг транспортного підприємства. The purpose of the qualification work is to study the theoretical foundations of the formation of competitive advantages of the enterprise; to analyse the economic activity and the state of competitive advantages of the limited liability company «DAK-TRANS»; directions of formation of competitive advantages of the transport enterprise «DAK-TRANS». The purpose of the work led to the following tasks: -to study the essence of competitive advantages of the organisation; -to consider approaches to managing the competitive advantages of a transport enterprise; -to study the mechanism of formation of competitive advantages of transport enterprises; -to carry out analytical work and assess the status of competitive advantages of LLC «DAK-TRANS»; -to develop directions of formation of competitive advantages of the transport enterprise LLC «DAK-TRANS»; -to propose innovative solutions to ensure the competitive advantages of the transport enterprise.
