Виявлення та введення в науковий обіг тогочасних підробок ми визначали як один із актуальних напрямків у сучасних нумізматичних дослідженнях . Вважаємо не менш важливим напрямком також і 35 питання виявлення антикварних підробок, інформування та застереження щодо цієї проблеми нумізматичної спільноти. Дослідження присвячене поширеним на антикварному ринку сучасної України підробкам бажаної для переважної більшості колекціонерів монетам – «єфімкам з ознаками». Через високу популярність «єфімків з ознаками» на колекційному ринку в СНД, їх підробки є широко поширеними та не викликають здивування. За допомогою таких повідомлень про підробки в соціальних мережах виробники тих самих підробок здійснюють їх промоцію з метою продажу недосвідченим колекціонерам та любителям старовини, а також інвесторам, що вкладають гроші у рідкісні монети. Цікавим є те, що на сьогоднішній день на колекційному ринку не присутні антикварні підробки полтін, або «напів-єфимків з ознаками», що є надзвичайно рідкісними зразками і ще більш бажаними для колекціонерів. На колекційному ринку України стали досить поширеними сучасні антикварні підробки московських «єфімків з ознаками», створюючи таким чином значну небезпеку для колекціонерів, особливо для тих, хто знаходиться на початковому етапі та не володіє достатніми знаннями й навичками для виявлення фальсифікатів. Підробка цих рідкісних монет забезпечує їх виробникам надприбутки та, на жаль, фактично майже не загрожує покаранням чи карною відповідальністю, адже авторські права на оригінальний зразок вичерпано, а переважна частина антикварного ринку в нашій державі знаходиться в «тіні». Відслідковуючи інформацію за популярного в Україні ресурсу спілкування колекціонерів Violity та соціальної мережі Facebook, а також у місцях зустрічі колекціонерів, нам вдалось виявити сучасні підробки рідкісних московських «єфімків з ознаками» як такі, що виготовлені досить примітивно і відносно легко можуть бути виявлені, так і більш досконалі зразки. In the context of the current increase of the number of coins of different antiquities excavated by the individuals with the unauthorized use of search engines devices, collecting has become more accessible due to a corresponding decrease in the average price even of medieval and antique coins. We have identified the detection and introduction into scientific circulation of contemporary counterfeits as one of the topical trends in modern numismatic researches. We also consider the issue of identifying antique counterfeits, informing and warning about this problem of the numismatic community. The study focuses on the counterfeit widespread coin collections that are desirable for the majority of the collectors of coins – the “Efimoks with sings”, which are widespread in the antique market of the modern Ukraine. Due to the high popularity of “Efimoks with sings” in the CIS countries collection market, their counterfeiting is widespread and not surprising. With the help of such posts about the counterfeits on social networks, the manufacturers of the same counterfeits promote them in order to sell to inexperienced collectors and antique lovers, as well as to investors who invest in rare coins. What is interesting that today there are no antique counterfeits on the collectors’ market, who had forged the halfs 36 of “Efimoks with sings”, which are extremely rare specimens and even more desirable for collectors. Modern antique counterfeits of the Moscow “Efimoks with sings” have become quite widespread in the collectors market of Ukraine, thus creating a significant danger for collectors, especially for those who are in the initial stage and do not have sufficient knowledge and skills to detect the forgery. Counterfeiting of these rare coins provides their producers with extra profits and, unfortunately, almost no threat of punishment, because the copyright of the original design is exhausted and the vast majority of the antique market in our country is “in the shadow”.
