Also, were analyzed the level of GDP per capita and the average monthly salary for these countries. It was marked out, that in the growth of innovation ecosystems the leading role play personnel professional development and availability in the country of specialists, capable for effective innovative work. At the same time, the increasing of globalization, integration and competition processes in the world leads to raising the demands for knowledge and skills of human resources.
