Охарактеризовано електронні способи інформування громадян митними адміністраціями. Визначено, що одним із найбільш перспективних способів інформування громадян про митні правила та порядок виконання митних формальностей є використання інформаційних терміналів. Досліджено основні завдання та переваги використання інформаційних терміналів, а також їх різновиди.
