Виведено залежність тиску в каналі формувальної головки від довжини каналу, коефіцієнта бокового тиску, коефіцієнта тертя та залишкового тиску матеріалу. Purpose of work is theoretically investigate the process of compaction plant material in the working channel of the curved surface of the molding head screw press for plant materials. The influence of technological and structural parameters of the molding head in the pressure plant material along the length of the curved channel traces that equation traktrysy. Displaying dependence of pressure in the channel forming heads on the length of the channel coefficient of lateral pressure, friction coefficient and residual pressure material.
