Дослідження впливу вогнища деформації на енергосилові параметри процесу прямого пресування

Метою дослідження є на основі теоретичних і експериментальних досліджень встановити вплив деформаційних умов прямого пресування на енергосилові параметри процесу. Шляхом комп’ютерного проектування динаміки вогнища деформації і напружено-деформованого стану металу надані рекомендації щодо проектування пресового інструменту для реалізації технологічного процесу прямого пресування металу в залежності від степені деформації. Виявлений вплив різних форм матричних лійок на характер формування вогнища деформації при прямому пресуванні. Для різних форм утворюючих побудовані залежності, що характеризують енергосилові параметри технологічного процесу екструзії. Комп’ютерним моделюванням процесу прямого пресування встановлено розподіл інтенсивностей напружень в залежності від степеней витяжки та картину течії металу у вогнищі деформації за векторним полем швидкостей. Вирішене практичне завдання по наданню рекомендацій щодо проектування оптимального профілю матриці для прямого пресування виходячи з розрахунку утворюючих матричної лійки відносно деформаційних умов екструзії. Аналізом напруженого стану і режимів прямого пресування намічені шляхи досягнення збільшення стійкості робочих пресових інструментів і, як наслідок, підвищення якості прес-виробів. By means of computer design of the dynamics of the deformation focus and the stress-strain state of the metal, recommendations are provided for the design of a press tool for the implementation of the technological process of direct metal pressing depending on the degree of deformation. The influence of different forms of matrix hoppers on the nature of the formation of the deformation center during direct pressing is revealed. Dependencies characterizing the energy parameters of the technological process of extrusion are constructed for various forms of the constituents. Computer modeling of the direct pressing process established the distribution of stress intensities depending on the degrees of extraction and the pattern of metal flow in the center of deformation according to the vector field of velocities. The practical task of providing recommendations on the design of the optimal profile of the matrix for direct pressing based on the calculation of the forming matrix funnel relative to the deformation conditions of extrusion has been solved. The analysis of the stress state and modes of direct pressing outlines ways to increase the stability of working press tools and, as a result, improve the quality of press products.
Дослідження процесу пресування із використанням профільованого інструменту

Метою дослідження є встановлення впливу різних профілів матричних лійок на основі теоретичних і експериментальних досліджень для одержання виробів із найменшими енерго-силовими параметрами. Шляхом комп’ютерного проектування динаміки вогнища деформації і напружено-деформованого стану металу встановлені можливості для проектування і реалізації технологічного процесу пресування виробів через матрицю, що має профіль, виконаний по лінії ковзання. Виявлений вплив різних форм утворюючих матриці на характер формування енергосилових параметрів вогнища деформації. Комп’ютерним моделюванням процесу пресування встановлено розподіл інтенсивностей напружень по стадіям пресування та картину течії металу за викривленнями координатної сітки. Вирішене практичне завдання по визначенню оптимального профілю матриці для прямого та зворотнього пресування виробів виходячи з розрахунку утворюючих матричної лійки на основі аналізу поля ліній ковзання сталої стадії пресування через симетричну одноочкову матрицю. Аналізом напруженого стану і режимів пресування заготовки намічені шляхи інтенсифікації технологічного процесу пресування і підвищення якості виробів, а також досягнення більшої стійкості робочих пресових інструментів. The aim of the study is to establish the influence of different profiles of matrix funnels on the basis of theoretical and experimental studies to obtain products with the lowest energy and power parameters. By computer design of the dynamics of the deformation center and the stress-strain state of the metal, the possibilities for the design and implementation of the technological process of pressing products through a matrix having a profile made along the sliding line are established. The influence of different forms of matrix forming on the character of formation of power parameters of the deformation center is revealed. Computer modeling of the extrusion process establishes the distribution of stress intensities by pressing stages and the pattern of metal flow according to the curvatures of the coordinate grid. The practical problem of determining the optimal profile of the matrix for direct and internal extrusion of products based on the calculation of forming the matrix funnel based on the analysis of the field of sliding lines of the constant stage of pressing through a symmetrical one-point matrix. The analysis of the stress state and modes of extrusion the workpiece outlines ways to intensify the technological process of extrusion and improve product quality, as well as to achieve greater stability of working press tools.
Моделювання напружено-деформованого стану елементів штампових блоків під технологічним навантаженням

Метою дослідження є оптимізація металомісткості елементів штампового оснащення зі збереженням якості штампованих деталей. Розроблено методику багатофакторного експериментального дослідження напружено-деформованого стану нижніх плит штампових блоків під дією вертикальної складової технологічного зусилля. Встановлено, що переміщення напрямних колонок, закріплених на нижній плиті штампового блока, суттєво залежать від вертикальної складової технологічного зусилля, площі матриці та площі нижньої плити, причому збільшення технологічного зусилля приводить до збільшення переміщення колонок, а збільшення площ матриці і нижньої плити до зменшення таких переміщень. Для напружень за Мізесом в збірці нижньої плити і матриці домінуючим фактором є площа матриці. The purpose of the study is to optimize the metal content of the stamping equipment elements while maintaining the quality of the stamped parts. A method of multifactorial experimental research of the stress-strain state of the lower plates of die blocks under the action of the vertical component of the technological force has been developed. It was established that the movement of the guide columns fixed on the lower plate of the die block significantly depends on the vertical component of the technological effort, the area of the matrix and the area of the lower plate, and an increase in the technological effort leads to an increase in the movement of the columns, and an increase in the areas of the matrix and the lower plate to a decrease in such movements . For Mises stresses in the assembly of the bottom plate and the matrix, the dominant factor is the area of the matrix.
Обробка електричною дугою твердосплавних глазків крутильних машин

Метою дослідження є удосконалення технології чорнової обробки твердосплавних глазків за рахунок виявлення взаємозв’язку технологічних характеристик процесу РОД з електричними і гідродинамічними режимами обробки та геометричними параметрами отворів, що обробляється, для їх прогнозування та оптимізації режиму обробки. Удосконалено технологію чорнової обробки твердосплавних глазків за рахунок застосування процесу РОД. Виявлено взаємозв’язок технологічних характеристик процесу РОД з електричними і гідродинамічними режимами обробки та геометричними параметрами отвору, що обробляється. Отримано математичні моделі технологічних характеристик процесу РОД твердосплавних глазків, які дозволяють прогнозувати їх та оптимізувати режим обробки, також показано, що шорсткість бічної поверхні після РОД твердосплавної заготовки залежить, головним чином, від сили технологічного струму І, причому, із підвищенням сили струму шорсткості збільшується. Шорсткість поверхні – результат накладання одиночних лунок від горіння розрядів. Відомо, що більшої сили струму відповідає більший діаметр лунки. Отже, більшої сили струму відповідає більша шорсткість поверхні після РОД. Запропоновано та випробувано спосіб чорнової обробки електричною дугою при відновлені отворів в зношених глазках крутильних машин, з метою їх подальшого застосування у виробництві. Спосіб дозволяє ефективно 4,1 - 5,2 рази збільшити продуктивність обробки отворів твердосплавних глазків в порівняні з чорновим шліфуванням головками АГЦ на металевій зв’язці, та 4,2 - 6,3 разів порівняно продуктивністю електроімпульсної обробки. The purpose of the study is to improve the technology of rough machining of carbide eyes due to the identification of the relationship between the technological characteristics of the DEA process with the electrical and hydrodynamic modes of processing and the geometric parameters of the holes being processed, for their prediction and optimization of the processing mode.The technology of rough processing of carbide eyes has been improved due to the use of the DEA process. The relationship between the technological characteristics of the DEA process with the electrical and hydrodynamic modes of processing and the geometric parameters of the hole being processed is revealed. Mathematical models of technological characteristics of the DEA process of carbide eyes were obtained, which make it possible to predict them and optimize the processing mode, it is also shown that the roughness of the side surface after DEA of the carbide workpiece depends mainly on the strength of the technological current I, and with increasing current strength, the roughness increases. The roughness of the surface is the result of overlapping single holes from burning discharges. It is known that a larger diameter of the hole corresponds to a higher current strength, therefore, a higher current strength corresponds to a higher surface roughness after DEA. A method of electric arc roughing for the restoration of holes in worn eyelets of twisting machines has been proposed and tested, with the aim of their further application in production. The method makes it possible to effectively increase the performance of machining holes of carbide eyes by 4.1-5.2 times compared to rough grinding with AGC heads on a metal bond, and by 4.2-6.3 times compared to the performance of electric pulse processing.
Пряме видавлювання високих ковпачків

Метою дослідження є підвищення відносної висоти ковпачка за рахунок використання способу прямого видавлювання. Розроблено теоретичні основи формоутворення донної та циліндричної поверхонь порожнистого тіла з використанням способу прямого видавлювання. Показано, що високий ковпачок утворюється при послідовному, спочатку зворотному видавлюванні заготовки в одній закритій матриці в напрямку формування донної поверхні, а вже далі прямому видавлюванні його циліндричної поверхні. Це дозволяє скасувати залежність висоти отриманого ковпачка від осьового зусилля видавлювання та створює умови для отримання ковпачка будь-якої висоти лише з технічним обмеженням. Запропоновано перший новий спосіб прямого видавлювання ковпачків з гладкою зовнішньою поверхнею, який, порівняно з відомим, створює такі умови видавлювання, при яких утворюється циліндричний ковпачок і дозволяє підвищення відносної висоти ковпачка до Н/d = 14 і більше. Запропоновано другий новий спосіб прямого видавлювання ковпачків, який, порівняно з відомим, дозволяє на 20-25 % зменшити собівартість їх виготовлення за рахунок зменшення етапів штампування з трьох до двох.The aim of the study is to increase the relative height of the cap by using the method of direct extrusion.Theoretical bases of shaping the bottom and cylindrical surfaces of a hollow body using the method of direct extrusion have been developed. It is shown that the high cap is formed by successive, first reverse extrusion of the work piece in one closed matrix in the direction of formation of the bottom surface, and then direct extrusion of its cylindrical surface. This eliminates the dependence of the height of the resulting cap on the axial force of extrusion and creates the conditions for obtaining a cap of any height only with a technical limitation.The first new method of direct extrusion of caps with a smooth outer surface is proposed, which, in comparison with the known one, creates such extrusion conditions under which a cylindrical cap is formed and allows to increase the relative height of the cap to N / d = 14 and more.The second new method of direct extrusion of caps is offered, which, in comparison with the known one, allows to reduce by 20-25% the cost of their production by reducing the stages of stamping from three to two.
Підвищення ефективності використання твердосплавного інструменту в умовах тонколистового розділового штампування

Метою дослідження є зменшення металомісткості твердосплавного штампового оснащення шляхом використання компенсатора похибок системи "прес-штамп". Розроблено методику багатофакторного експериментального дослідження напружено-деформованого стану стандартних штампових блоків під дією горизонтальної складової технологічного зусилля. Встановлено, що тип штампового блоку та габарити робочих деталей штампу суттєво впливають на його жорсткість. Запропонована конструкція штампових блоків меншої металомісткості, при встановленні їх на компенсатор похибок системи «прес-штамп». Очікуване зниження металомісткості для типового твердосплавного штампу в умовах експлуатації його на однокривошипному відкритому пресі номінальним зусиллям 400 кН, при забезпеченні відхилення одностороннього технологічного зазору не більше 25 %, складає в межах 15-20 %. Запропоновано технічне рішення по зменшенню горизонтальної складової технологічного зусилля, яке діє на верхню плиту штампового блоку шляхом вдосконалення конструкції підсистеми «штамповий блок – компенсатор похибок» системи «прес-штамп», де на відміну від існуючих рішень, застосовано комбіновані обмежувачі заходу пуансона в матрицю. The aim of the study is to reduce the metal content of carbide stamping equipment by using the error compensator system "press stamp". A method of multifactor experimental study of the stress-strain state of standard stamp blocks under the action of the horizontal component of technological effort has been developed. The technique of multifactor experimental research of the stress-strain state of standard stamp blocks under the action of the horizontal component of technological effort is developed; It is established that the type of stamp block and the dimensions of the working parts of the stamp significantly affect its rigidity. The design of stamp blocks of smaller metal capacity is offered, at their installation on the compensator of errors of system "press stamp". The expected reduction in metal content for a typical carbide stamp in the conditions of its operation on a single-crank open press with a nominal force of 400 kN, while ensuring the deviation of the one-sided technological gap of not more than 25%, is in the range of 15-20%. A technical solution is proposed to reduce the horizontal component of the technological effort acting on the upper plate of the stamp block by improving the design of the subsystem "stamp block - error compensator" system "press stamp", where unlike existing solutions.
Удосконалення станції робочої рідини для РОД з використанням електроерозійних головок

Метою роботи є удосконалення існуючого та розробка нового обладнання для реалізації способу розмірної обробки електричною дугою з використанням електроерозійних головок як високоефективної альтернативи традиційним способам металообробки. Проведено аналіз існуючої і дані рекомендації щодо нової конструкції установки для розмірної обробки електричною дугою з використанням електроерозійних головок, що відрізняється низькою економічною собівартістю порівняно з дорогими традиційними електроерозійними верстатами. Досліджено та описано технологічні характеристики процесу розмірної обробки електричною дугою з використанням електроерозійних головок, а саме його електричні і гідродинамічні характеристики, та отримано математичні моделі продуктивності процесу обробки, шорсткості обробленої поверхні, лінійного зносу електрода-інструмента та міжелектродного зазору. The purpose of the work is to improve the existing and develop new equipment for the implementation of the method of dimensional processing with an electric arc using electroerosion heads as a highly effective alternative to traditional methods of metalworking. An analysis of the existing one was carried out and recommendations were given for the new design of the installation for dimensional treatment with an electric arc using EDM heads, which is characterized by a low economic cost compared to expensive traditional EDM machines. The technological characteristics of the process of dimensional processing by an electric arc using electroerosion heads, namely its electrical and hydrodynamic characteristics, were studied and described, and mathematical models of the productivity of the processing process, roughness of the processed surface, linear wear of the electrode-tool and the interelectrode gap were obtained.
Удосконалення технології витягування деталей із металевої сітки

Метою дослідження є удосконалення технології виготовлення деталей із металевої сітки за рахунок використанням багатоопераційного способу витягування. Удосконалено спосіб витягування циліндричних деталей із металевої сітки з квадратним вічком. Показано, що друге та подальше витягування доцільно здійснювати пуансоном, який закріплений в нижній нерухомій частині штампа, та матрицею, яка закріплена в верхній рухомій частині штампа, а обрізування краю заготовки – гострою ступінчастою частиною цього ж пуансона. Це створює такі умови штампування, при яких не спостерігається асиметрична деформація деталі, а окремі додаткові засоби для обрізування краю заготовки не використовуються. Запропоновано новий спосіб витягування циліндричних деталей із металевої сітки з квадратним вічком (патент на корисну модель UA 152151), який порівняно з відомим, зменшує її собівартість штампування в 1,5-2 рази. При якому друге та подальше витягування здійснюють пуансоном, який закріплений в нижній нерухомій частині штампа, та матрицею, яка закріплена в верхній рухомій частині штампа, а обрізування краю заготовки – гострою ступінчастою частиною цього ж пуансона. Такий спосіб штампування виключає можливість попадання дроту в зазор між внутрішньою циліндричною поверхнею заготовки та циліндричною (бічною) поверхнею пуансона. The purpose of the study is to improve the technology of manufacturing parts from metal mesh by using a multi-operation method of drawing. The method of extracting cylindrical parts from a metal grid with a square mesh has been improved. It is shown that the second and subsequent drawing is expedient to be carried out with a punch fixed in the lower stationary part of the stamp and a matrix fixed in the upper movable part of the stamp, and the cutting of the edge of the workpiece is done with the sharp stepped part of the same punch. This creates such stamping conditions, under which asymmetric deformation of the part is not observed, and separate additional means for trimming the edge of the workpiece are not used. A new method of extracting cylindrical parts from a metal mesh with a square mesh (patent UA 152151) is proposed, which, compared to the known method, reduces its stamping cost by 1.5-2 times. In which the second and subsequent drawing is carried out with a punch that is fixed in the lower stationary part of the stamp and a matrix that is fixed in the upper movable part of the stamp, and the cutting of the edge of the workpiece is done with the sharp stepped part of the same punch. This method of stamping eliminates the possibility of the wire getting into the gap between the inner cylindrical surface of the workpiece and the cylindrical (side) surface of the punch.
Удосконалення технології та обладнання розмірної обробки електричною дугою з використанням електроерозійних головок

Метою роботи є розробка технології та обладнання для реалізації способу розмірної обробки електричною дугою з використанням електроерозійних головок як високоефективної альтернативи традиційним способам металообробки. Запропоновано конструкцію установки для розмірної обробки електричною дугою з використанням електроерозійних головок, що відрізняється низькою економічною собівартістю порівняно з традиційним електроерозійними верстатами. Описано технологічні характеристики процесу розмірної обробки електричною дугою з використанням електроерозійних головок при обробці графітовим та металевим електродів-інструментів, а саме його електричні і гідродинамічні характеристики, та отримано математичні моделі продуктивності процесу обробки, шорсткості обробленої поверхні, об'ємного знос електрода-інструмента та міжелектродного зазору. The aim of the work is to develop technology and equipment for the implementation of the method of dimensional processing by electric arc using EDM heads as a highly effective alternative to traditional methods of metalworking. The design for equipment of dimensional processing by electric arc using EDM heads, which has a low economic cost compared to traditional EDM machines, is proposed. Described technological characteristics of the process of dimensional processing by electric arc using spark-erosion heads in the processing of graphite and metal electrode-tools, namely its electrical and hydrodynamic characteristics, and mathematical models of processing process productivity, surface roughness, volume wear electrode-tool and interelectrode gap.
