Проведено аналiз трибологiчної ефективностi спряжень "полiмерних-композитних матерiалiв – сталь". Оскiльки неправильно пiдiбранi матерiли з точки зору трибологiї дають значнi експлуатацiйнi витрати. Тому вибiр марки полiмерно-композитних матерiалiв для використання у конструкцiях вузлiв та деталей машин є завданням суттєвого пiдвищення їх технiчного рiвня. Випробування зразкiв з полiмерно-композицiйних матерiалiв на вiдносну абразивну стiйкiсть в спряженнi зi зразками сталi 45 дало можливiсть встановити, що найменше значення вагового зношування має матерiал Nylon 66. Найближчими за значеннями вiдносної абразивної стiйкостi з дослiджуваних матерiалiв до Nylon 66 має матерiал ПА-6-210КС, зi значеннями в 1,65 разiв меншими. В експлуатацiї машин при наявностi абразивного зношування доцiль¬но використовувати спряження матерiалiв "Nylon 66 – сталь 45" та "ПА-6-210КС – сталь 45". Результати триботехнiчних дослiджень без мащення на машинi тертя СМЦ-2 спряжень "полiмерно-композитний матерiал – сталь 45" дають можливiсть встановити, що найменше зношування має зразок з матерiалу УПА-6-30 – 0.00083 г. Найближчим до нього за зносостiйкiстю є зразок матерiалу PAG/6.6 R196-GF30, що в 6.1 раз бiльший за ваговим зносом. Зразок з матерiалу сталь 45 в спряженi зi зразком матерiалу УПА- 6-30 має найнижче значення вагового зносу 0,00005 г. При цьому найнижче значення коефiцiєнту тертя має спряження матерiалiв "сталь 45 –УПА-6-30"– 0.163. Процес припрацювання найшвидше досягається з матерiалом УПА-6-30 пiсля 20 хв. зi значенням температури в зонi тертя 348±2 K. Представленi дослiдження необхiднi для обґрунтування подальшої експлуатацiї та пiдбору полiмерно-композицiйних матерiалiв для спряжень, що працюють у важких умовах. Данi дослiдження представляють iнтерес для виробникiв сiльськогосподарської i кар'єрної технiки та рiзних транспортних машин.

The article includes an analysis of the state of production of crop production in Ukraine and a description of the shortcomings in the work of cultivators.It was proposed to modernize the construction of cultivators with the help of polymer composite materials. We recommend the introduction of a polymer composite CCPA-6-30 in the construction of cultivators, it has high tribotechnical characteristics. Стаття включає аналіз стану виробництва продукції рослинництва в Україні та актуальність застосування культиваторів в існуючих технологіях вирощування культур. Запропоновано модернізувати трибоспряження паралелограмних механізмів культиваторів полімерними композитними матеріалами. За результатами досліджень триботехнічних характеристик ряду полімерно-композитних матеріалів, доведено ефективність використання в конструкції культиваторів полімерний композит УПА-6-30, що має високі триботехнічні характеристики. Статья включает анализ состояния производства продукции растениеводства в Украине и актуальность применения культиваторов в существующих технологиях выращивания культур. Предложено модернизировать трибоспряжения параллелограммных механизмов культиваторов полимерными композитными материалами. По результатам исследований триботехнических характеристик ряда полимерно-композитных материалов, доказана эффективность использования в конструкции культиваторов полимерный композит УПА-6-30, имеющий высокие триботехнические характеристики.
Basic approaches and requirements for the design of tribological polymer composite materials with high-modulus fillers

Based on a combination of a system-oriented approach and a synergetic concept, the requirements for the design of tribological polymer composite materials with high-modulus fillers are formed. These materials are considered as an open dynamic system that evolves during operation. The principles of the synergetic concept for tribotechnical systems taking into account the theory of evolution and self-organization to ensure its self-governing and self-supporting development are considered. It is revealed that in the process of interaction of elements of the tribosystem the cooperation of local areas of their materials is formed with the emergence of a critical number of such areas and the creation of an information field about their functioning. The direction of self-organization of processes and states of parts materials in the tribotechnical system and expediency of using the conclusions of the synergetic concept in the construction of polymer composite materials, as well as their nonequilibrium are shown. The issues of creation of tribophysical bases of wear resistance of tribotechnical systems with conjugations of the details made or strengthened by polymeric composite materials are considered. Polymer composite materials are considered as a set of interacting ensembles of local areas, the principle of maximum wear resistance (reliability) is used. Tribological principles and requirements to creation and substantiation of expediency and efficiency of use of high-modulus fillers in polymers are formulated. В роботі на основі поєднання системно-спрямованого підходу і синергетичної концепції сформовані вимоги до конструювання трибологічних полімерних композитних матеріалів з високомодульними наповнювачами. Ці матеріали розглядаються як відкрита динамічна система, яка еволюційно розвивається в процесі експлуатації. Розглянуті принципи синергетичної концепції для триботехнічних систем з урахуванням теорії еволюції і самоорганізації для забезпечення її самокеруючого і самопідтримуючого розвитку. Виявлено, що в процесі взаємодії елементів трибосистеми формується кооперативність локальних областей їх матеріалів з виникненням критичного числа таких областей й створення інформаційного поля про їх функціонування. Показано спрямованість самоорганізації процесів і станів матеріалів деталей в триботехнічній системі та доцільність використання висновків синергетичної концепції при конструюванні полімерних композитних матеріалів, а також їх нерівноважність. Розглянуті питання створення трибофізичних основ зносостійкості триботехнічних систем зі спряженнями деталей, виготовлених або зміцнених полімерними композитними матеріалами. Полімерні композитні матеріали розглянуті як сукупність взаємодіючих ансамблів локальних областей використано принцип максимальної зносостійкості (надійності). Сформульовані трибологічні принципи та вимоги до створення і обґрунтування доцільності і ефективності використання високомодульних наповнювачів в полімерах.
Comprehensive assessment of technical condition of vehicles during operation based on Harrington’s desirability function

The object of research is the process of changing the technical condition of vehicles during their operation. The study solved the problem of comprehensive evaluation of change in the technical condition based on Harrington’s desirability function. The essence of the results is as follows. A scale of desirability was built and a set of criteria for assessing the technical con¬dition of vehicles was clarified. A general desirability index is proposed as a con-volution of partial Harrington desirability functions. When solving the investi¬gated problem, the characteristics and properties of the partial and generalized Harrington’s desirability function and their graphical representation were taken into account. Using an example of the technical con¬dition of the chassis and braking system of vehicles, a set of controlled parame¬ters was formed. Based on the values of the controlled parameters, the regression equation of the partial Harrington desirability functions was obtained. The value of the weighting coefficients of each of the criteria was determined and the generalized desirability function was calculated. As a result of the study, it was estab¬lished that if the generalized criterion of desirability is D < 0.37, then individual nodes, systems, and units of the ve-hicle are in a pre-accident condition, if 0.37 £ D £ 0.63 – in a satisfactory condi¬tion, and if D > 0.63 – in a good condi¬tion and cannot be the cause of a traffic accident. An applied aspect of the results is the implementation of the technique of comprehensive assessment of the tech¬nical condition of the vehicle. This causes an increase in the productivity of the expert (specialist), will shorten the pe-riod of the auto technical examination, and improve its quality. The results could be used by insurance companies and inves-tigators, investigators and judges when considering traffic accidents. Об'єктом дослідження є процес зміни технічного стану транспортних засобів під час їх експлуатації. В дослідженні вирішувалась проблема комплексної оцінки зміни технічного стану на основі функції бажаності Харінгтона. Суть отриманих результатів полягає в наступному. Побудовано шкалу бажаності та з'ясовано набір критеріїв оцінки технічного стану транспортних засобів. Запропоновано загальний показник бажаності, як згортку часткових функцій бажаності Харінгтона. При вирішенні досліджуваної проблеми враховувались характеристика та властивості часткових і узагальненої функції бажаності Харінгтона та їх графічне відображення. На прикладі технічного стану ходової частини та гальмівної системи транспортних засобів сформовано сукупність контрольованих параметрів. На основі значень контрольованих параметрів отримано рівняння регресії часткових функцій бажаності Харінготна. Визначено значення вагових коефіцієнтів кожного з критерії та проведено обчислення узагальненої функції бажаності. В результаті дослідження встановлено, якщо узагальнений критерій бажаності D<0.37, то окремі вузли, системи і агрегати транспортного засобу знаходяться в передаварійному стані, якщо 0.37D0.63 – у задовільному стані, а при D>0.63 – у гарному стані і не може бути причиною виникнення дорожньо-транспортної пригоди. Прикладним аспектом отриманих результатів є впровадження методики комплексної оцінки технічного стану транспортного засобу. Це обумовлює підвищення продуктивності праці експерта (фахівця), скоротить термін проведення автотехнічної експертизи та підвищить її якість. Отримані результати можуть використати страхові компанії та слідчі, дізнавачі та судді при розгляді дорожньо-транспортних пригод.
Creation of theoretical bases of tribotechnologies of running-in and restoration as means of effective increase of operational wear resistance of motor transport and mobile agricultural machinery

The bases for creation of theoretical bases of tribotechnologies of running-in and restoration of conjugations of details of systems and units of motor transport and mobile agricultural machinery are defined. The specifics of selective transfer on the surface of contacting parts of machines and creation of servito films, formation of coatings during running-in and restoration from antifriction materials, which are a part of additives in motor and transmission oil, are considered. A number of tribophysicochemical processes that occur in the conjugations of parts materials and how they affect the creation of tribotechnologies of running-in and restoration are clarified. The creation of tribotechnologies using geomodifiers is considered. It is proposed to build a single theory of tribotechnologies of running-in and recovery on the basis of the mechanism of triboplasm formation in the conjugations of parts of systems and units of machines. It is also proposed to add to this the thermofluctuation theory of S.M. Zhurkova taking into account the change of dilaton and compression bonds of atoms of materials of tribocouples of details with creation of local areas of deformations of compression and tension and zones of thermoplastic deformation. Визначено підстави для створення теоретичних основ триботехнологій припрацювання і відновлення спряжень деталей систем і агрегатів автотранспортної та мобільної сільськогосподарської техніки. Розглянуто специфіку вибіркового переносу на поверхні контактуючих деталей машин та створення сервовитних плівок, формування покриттів при припрацюванні і відновленні з антифрикційних матеріалів, що входять до складу присадок в моторну та трансмісійну оливу. З'ясовано ряд трибофізикохімічних процесів, які відбуваються в спряженнях матеріалів деталей, та як вони впливають на створення триботехнологій припрацювання та відновлення. Розглянуто створення триботехнологій при використанні геомодифікаторів. Запропоновано єдину теорію триботехнологій припрацювання і відновлення будувати на основі механізму утворення трибоплазми в спряженнях деталей систем і агрегатів машин. Також запропоновано до цього додати термофлуктуаційну теорію С.М. Журкова з урахуванням зміни дилатонних і компресонних зв'язків атомів матеріалів трибоспряжень деталей з створенням локальних областей деформацій стиску і розтягу та зон термопластичної деформації.
Design of mated parts using polymeric materials with enhanced tribotechnical characteristics

This paper reports a comparative study of the poly¬meric materials operating in conjugation with steel. In agricultural engineering, a significant role in structur¬al materials belongs to polymer composites. This type of material is characterized by the low price, small technological cost, as well as acceptable processing characteristics. It has been found that it is necessary to form, for each type of mated parts, a set of materials that could maximally meet the operational conditions. To describe the operating conditions in more detail, they need to be generalized for the specific tribolog¬ical and loading characteristics. Based on this, such load regimes were selected that correspond to the mov¬able mated parts in sowing complexes. For these mated parts, it was necessary, in the course of the tribological study, to choose a material with minimal technologi¬cal deviations but with enhanced tribotechnical char¬acteristics. The result of this study has established that under the predefined conditions a polymer-composite materi¬al with the high-modulus filler PA-6.6+30 % F demon¬strates the best tribophysical characteristics compared to the material PA-6.6. The proposed material, in con¬jugation with steel 1.1191, has a friction coefficient that is 38...41 % lower, while the temperature in the contact area is 8...12 % less, than that in conjugation with the material PA-6.6. Based on the metallographic analysis of friction surfaces, one can argue that a polymer composite with a high-modulus filler creates favor¬able conditions for their implementation in the moving units of machines. The results reported here make it possible to ana¬lyze and synthesize composite materials primarily for agricultural engineering, taking into consideration their tribological properties. The findings may be par-ticularly interesting for service departments and enter¬prises producing parts for sowing complexes. Ця стаття про порівняльне дослідження полімерних матеріалів, що діють у сполученні зі сталлю. У сільськогосподарському машинобудуванні значна роль у конструкційних матеріалах належить полімерним композитам. Цей тип матеріалу характеризується низькою ціною, невеликою технологічною вартістю, а також прийнятними технологічними характеристиками. Було встановлено, що для кожного типу сполучених деталей необхідно сформувати набір матеріалів, які могли б максимально відповідати експлуатаційним умовам. Щоб більш детально описати умови експлуатації, їх потрібно узагальнити для конкретних трибологічних і навантажувальних характеристик. На основі цього були обрані такі режими навантаження, які відповідають рухомим сполученим деталям у посівних комплексах. Для цих сполучених деталей під час трибологічного дослідження необхідно було вибрати матеріал з мінімальними технологічними відхиленнями, але з посиленими триботехнічними характеристиками. Результатом цього дослідження було встановлено, що за попередньо визначених умов полімер-композиційний матеріал з високомодульним наповнювачем PA-6,6 + 30% F демонструє найкращі трибофізичні характеристики порівняно з матеріалом PA-6,6. Запропонований матеріал у кон'югації зі сталлю 1.1191 має коефіцієнт тертя на 38 ... 41% нижче, тоді як температура в зоні контакту на 8 ... 12% менше, ніж у кон'югації з матеріалом PA -6,6. На основі металографічного аналізу поверхонь тертя можна стверджувати, що полімерний композит з високомодульним наповнювачем створює сприятливі умови для їх реалізації в рухомих вузлах машин. Наведені тут результати дозволяють аналізувати та синтезувати композиційні матеріали насамперед для сільськогосподарського машинобудування, беручи до уваги їх трибологічні властивості. Висновки можуть бути особливо цікавими для сервісних відділів та підприємств, що виробляють деталі для посівних комплексів. В этой статье приводится сравнительное исследование полимерных материалов, работающих в сочетании со сталью. В сельскохозяйственном машиностроении значительная роль в конструкционных материалах принадлежит полимерным композитам. Этот вид материала отличается невысокой ценой, небольшой технологической стоимостью, а также приемлемыми технологическими характеристиками. Установлено, что для каждого типа сопрягаемых деталей необходимо формировать набор материалов, максимально соответствующих условиям эксплуатации. Чтобы описать условия эксплуатации более подробно, их необходимо обобщить для конкретных трибологических и нагрузочных характеристик. Исходя из этого, были выбраны такие режимы нагрузки, которые соответствуют подвижным сопряженным частям в посевных комплексах. Для этих сопряженных деталей в ходе трибологического исследования необходимо было выбрать материал с минимальными технологическими отклонениями, но с улучшенными триботехническими характеристиками. В результате исследования установлено, что в заданных условиях полимерно-композиционный материал с высокомодульным наполнителем ПА-6,6 + 30% F демонстрирует лучшие трибофизические характеристики по сравнению с материалом ПА-6,6. Предлагаемый материал в сопряжении со сталью 1.1191 имеет коэффициент трения на 38 ... 41% ниже, а температура в зоне контакта на 8 ... 12% меньше, чем в сопряжении с материалом PA-6,6. На основании металлографического анализа поверхностей трения можно утверждать, что полимерный композит с высокомодульным наполнителем создает благоприятные условия для их применения в движущихся узлах машин. Представленные здесь результаты позволяют анализировать и синтезировать композиционные материалы, прежде всего, для сельскохозяйственной техники, принимая во внимание их трибологические свойства. Полученные данные могут быть особенно интересны сервисным службам и предприятиям, производящим детали для посевных комплексов.
Detection of changes in the characteristics and properties of friction zones of parts of tribocoupling systems and machine assemblies based on the entropy approach

The role of entropy in the processes of friction and wear of tribocoupling materials of moving parts is clarified. The implementation of the effect of self-organization of materials depending on the production of entropy is theoretically substantiated. The conditions of self-organization with negative entropy production were obtained. The relationship between the rate of volumetric wear of tribocoupled parts and the production of excess entropy and its flow is determined. Expressions for the intensity of wear of tribocoupling parts were obtained, taking into account thermal processes in the friction zone. The trends of changes in the characteristics and properties of tribocouplers of components, systems and machine aggregates with a change in entropy have been clarified. Виявлення змін характеристик і властивостей зон тертя деталей трибоспряжень систем і агрегатів машин на основі ентропійного підходу З'ясовано роль ентропії в процесах тертя і зношування матеріалів трибоспряження рухомих деталей. Теоретично обґрунтовано реалізацію ефекту самоорганізації матеріалів в залежності від виробництва ентропії. Отримано умови самоорганізації при від'ємному виробництві ентропії. Визначено зв'язок швидкості об'ємного зношування трибоспряження деталей від виробництва надлишкової ентропії і її потоку. Отримано вирази для інтенсивності зношування деталей трибоспряження з урахуванням теплових процесів в зоні тертя. З'ясовано тенденції зміни характеристик і властивостей трибоспряжень деталей вузлів, систем і агрегатів машин зі зміною ентропії.
Determination of the characteristics of viscous friction in sliding bearings by the pendulum method

We analyzed the methods of determining the characteristics of friction based on the experimental studies using the damped oscillations of a pendulum. It was established that the available studies into characteristics of viscous friction lack the analytical description of the process of damped oscillations at viscous resistance and recommendations regarding practical calculation of the characteristics of friction. Here we propose a theoretical model of the swinging pendulum in the cylindrical sliding supports with a lubricant. It is demonstrated that for a pendulum in the lubricated sliding supports, the process of oscillations is described by a second order differential equation with viscous resistance, proportional to the deflection velocity of the pendulum. It is found based on the solution of the equation that the ratio of adjacent amplitudes of damped oscillations is a constant magnitude, hence it follows that the absorption coefficient is constant over the entire process. We established, based on the theoretical model of pendulum oscillations, that for the viscous friction the absorption coefficient is equal to the doubled logarithmic damping decrement and is determined by one or a cycle of oscillations. The formulas are received for calculating the indicator of dynamic viscosity of a lubricant in the contact by the decrement of pendulum oscillations damping. The developed procedures for determining the characteristics of viscous friction are applied to examine the contact- viscous properties of different combinations of lubricating and design materials. The results received are aimed at searching for design and technological solutions in order to reduce the energy losses to friction in the sliding supports of machines. Теоретично показано, що для маятника у змащених опорах ковзання процес коливань описується диференціальним рівнянням дру- гого порядку з в`язким опором, пропорційним швидкості коливань. На основі моделі коли- вань маятника отримано, що коефіцієнт поглинання енергії дорівнює подвійному лога- рифмічному декременту затухань. Визначена процедура розрахунку динамічної в`язкості мастила по декременту затухань коливань.

Studies of the formation of the optimal composition of Tribological additives to the base oil have shown the possibility of improving the characteristics of the tribosystem. It was revealed that this Tribological additive makes it possible to form functional surface layers that provide normal operating conditions for tribological conjugation of parts. Based on the optimization of the technical condition of the Tribological additives, the optimal values of each of its components are obtained. Optimization of the condition provided that the amount of wear should tend to a minimum, and the maximum load and loading of the weld should tend to a maximum. Based on the experimental database on the 4-ball friction machine, an equation is obtained for each of the indicated response functions of the resulting features, based on which, with a desirability value of the order of 1.0, the composition of Tribological additives is obtained: from Katerynivka Friction geo modifiers; Sodium oleate, copper sulfate and phosphor TAT 33. It was found that the adding of TM-3-18k into the oil Tribological additives in the amount of 5.75 % under laboratory conditions can reduce the wear rate by 35.1 – 35.5 %, the maximum load also increases by 17.1 – 17.2 %, and the welding load increases by 5.3 – 8.4 %. The analysis of experimental data shows that this Tribological additive can be operated at locally loaded parts of 1035 N, and the peak contact overload is up to 2385 N. The research results suggest that the proposed Tribological supplement makes it possible to improve the characteristics of the tribosystem. It can be useful to service and trucking enterprises during technical service and for the manufacturing of composite oil. Дослідження формування оптимального складу трибологічних присадок до базової оливи показали можливість покращення характеристик трибосистеми. Було виявлено, що ця трибологічна присадка дає можливість формувати функціональні поверхневі шари, які забезпечують нормальні умови експлуатації для трибологічних спряжень деталей. На основі оптимізації вмісту трибологічних присадок отримують оптимальні значення кожного з його компонентів. Оптимізація умови за умови, що кількість зносу має бути до мінімуму, а максимальне навантаження та навантаження зварювання має бути максимальним. Було встановлено, що додавання ТМ-3-18к в оливу трибологічної присадки в кількості 5,75% в лабораторних умовах дозволяє знизити швидкість зносу на 35,1 - 35,5%, максимальне навантаження також збільшується на 17,1 - 17,2%, а зварювальне навантаження збільшується на 5,3 - 8,4%. Аналіз експериментальних даних показує, що цю трибологічну присадку можна експлуатувати на локально завантажених ділянках 1035 Н, а пікове контактне перевантаження становить до 2385 Н. Результати досліджень говорять про те, що запропонована трибологічна присадка дозволяє покращити характеристики трибосистеми. Це може бути корисно для обслуговування під час технічного обслуговування та для виготовлення композиційних олив.

Formation studies rational composition tribologically active- No additives to the base oil are shown. to improve the performance of tribosystems. The obtained regression equals- and the desirability of the order desirability function 0,698 made it possible to determine the composition of the tribo- logically active additives: metakaolin, dispers- sowing powder of clay from Katerynivska rhodo- higher, sodium oleate, lithium hydroxide and sulfur. It is established that when using received tribological active additives in the laboratory conditions recorded decrease in wear 26.8% increase in critical load; increase of load by 17.2% welding by 4.89%. Experimental analysis- their data indicates that the proposed tribolo- the active ingredient can be operated at local contact load in contact up to 1078 N and at peak over- tachings to 2372 N. The results of the studies give reason claim that it is proposed tribologically the active supplement gives the opportunity to improve characteristics of tribosystems. Проведеними дослідженнями формування раціонального складу трибологічно активної добавки до базової оливи показана можливість покращення характеристик трибосистем. Виявлено, що дана трибологічно активна добавка дає можливість формувати трибологічні властивості, що забезпечують нормальні умови експлуатації спряжень деталей трибосистеми. На основі оптимізації технічного стану трибологічно активної добавки отримано раціональні значення кожного з її складових. Оптимізацію проведено за умов, що величина зношування повинна прямувати до мінімуму, а критичне навантаження та навантажування зварювання – до максимуму. На основі експериментальної бази даних на чотирикульковій машині тертя отримано рівняння для кожної з функцій відгуку результуючих ознак. Отриманні регресійні рівняння та значення функції бажаності порядку 0,698 дали можливість визначити склад трибологічно активної добавки: метакаолін, дисперсійний порошок глини з Катеринівського родовища, олеат натрію, гідрооксид літію та сірки. Встановлено, що при використанні отриманої трибологічної активної добавки в лабораторних умовах зафіксовано зменшення зношування зразків на 26,8 %, збільшення критичного навантаження на 17,2 %, збільшення навантажування зварювання на 4,89 %. Аналіз експериментальних даних свідчить, що пропоновану трибологічно активну добавку можливо експлуатувати при локальному контактному навантажуванні в контакті до 1078 Н та при піковому перенавантажуванні до 2372 Н. Результати досліджень дають підстави стверджувати, що пропонована трибологічно активна добавка дає можливість покращити характеристики трибосистем. Вона може бути корисною сервісним та автотранспортним підприємствам при проведені технічного сервісу та для виготовлення композиційної оливи.

Possibilities of diagnosing the cylinder-piston group of the KamAZ-740.63-400 diesel of KamAZ-6460 trucks for 60 thousand km of their run are investigated. The following diagnostic parameters were chosen: crankcase gas pressure, compression and vacuum geometric properties of the cylinder-piston group. The peculiarity of these conjugations is that the normal combustion process in the diesel cylinders is supported, as well as its service life. Limits for diagnosing crankcase gas pressure of 2.39–2.41 KPa were revealed. According to the crankcase gas pressure for the investigated trucks, faults were detected on the runs: 36 thousand km, 48 thousand km, 60 thousand km. its difference between the cylinders did not exceed 10–12%. According to the compression data, faults of 48 thousand km and 60 thousand km of experimental operation were detected. Limits of wear according to vacuumometric parameters are revealed: maximum vacuum - 69–86 KPa; residual vacuum - 26-41 KPa. According to the control of the vacuumometric properties of the cylinder-piston group, diesel malfunctions were detected for the range of 36–60 thousand km. Using the entropy approach, the informativeness of the corresponding diagnostic parameters in bits was estimated. The level of informativeness of the crankcase gas pressure is 0.329 bits, the compression in the cylinders is 0.249 bits, and the vacuum gauges are 0.582 bits. These researches allow to rationally form complexes of diagnosing of a condition of the diesel engine during technical operation, and also to define preconditions of development of malfunctions. The obtained data are important for transport and service enterprises and companies engaged in trucks. Досліджено можливостi дiагностування цилiндро-поршневої групи дизеля КамАЗ-740.63-400 вантажних автомобiлiв КамАЗ-6460 на 60 тис. км їх пробiгу. Обрано наступнi дiагностичнi параметри: тиск картерних газiв, компресiйнi та вакуометричнi властивостi цилiндро-поршневої групи. Особливiсть цих спряжень полягає в тому, що пiдтримується нормальний процес горiння в цилiндрах дизеля, а також його ресурс. Виявлено граничнi межi для дiагностування тиску картерних газiв 2,39– 2,41 КПа. За даними тиску картерних газiв для дослiджуваних вантажних ав- томобiлiв несправностi виявленi на пробiгах: 36 тис. км, 48 тис. км, 60 тис. км Враховуючи правила оцiнки характеристик несправностей за компресiєю, мiнiмальне значення компресiї для дизелiв становила 30,05 МПа, або її рiзниця мiж цилiндрами не перевищувала 10–12 %. За даними компресiї виявлено несправностi на 48 тис. км та 60 тис. км дослiдного напрацювання. Виявлено граничнi межi зношування за вакуометричними параметрами: максимальний вакуум – 69– 86 КПа; залишковий вакуум – 26–41 КПа. За контролем вакуометричних властивостей цилiндро-поршневої групи виявлено несправностi дизелiв для iнтервалу пробiгу 36–60 тис. км. Використовуючи ентропiйний пiдхiд, проведено оцiнку iнформативнiсть вiдповiдних дiагностичних параметрiв в бiтах. Рiвень iнформативностi тиску картерних газiв становить 0,329 бiт, компресiя в цилiндрах – 0,249 бiт, вакуометричнi показники – 0,582 бiт. Данi дослiдження дають змогу рацiонально формувати комплекси дiагностування стану дизеля пiдчас технiчної експлуатацiї, а також визначити передумови розвитку несправностей. Избраны следующие диагностические параметры: давление картерных газов, компрессионные и вакуумметрические свойства цилиндра поршневой группы. Особенность этих сопряжений заключается в том, что поддерживается нормальный процесс горения в цилиндрах дизеля, а также его ресурс. Выявлено предельные границы для диагностирования давления картерных газов 2,39- 2,41 кПа. По данным давления картерных газов для исследуемых грузовых автомобилей неисправности выявлены на пробегом 36 тыс. Км, 48 тыс. Км, 60 тыс. км. Учитывая правила оценки характеристик неисправностей компрессии, минимальное значение компрессии для дизелей составляла 30,05 МПа, или ее разница между цилиндрами не превышала 10-12%. По данным компрессии выявлено неисправности на 48 тыс. км и 60 тыс. км исследовательского наработки. Выявлено предельные границы износа по вакуумметрическим параметрами: максимальный вакуум - 69-86 кПа; остаточный вакуум - 26-41 кПа. По контролю вакуумметрических свойств цилиндра поршневой группы обнаружено неисправности дизелей для интервала пробега 36-60 тыс. км. Используя энтропийный подход, проведено оценку информативность соответствующих диагностических параметров в битах. Уровень информативности давления картерных газов составляет 0,329 бит, компрессия в цилиндрах - 0,249 бит, вакуумметрические показатели - 0,582 бит. Данные исследования позволяют рационально формировать комплексы диагностирования состояния дизеля во время технической эксплуатации, а также определить предпосылки развития неисправностей. Полученные данные важны для транспортных и сервисных предприятий и компаний, занимающихся грузовыми автомобилями.

The object of research is the process of monitoring the limiting wear of polymer-composite bushings of the bearing unit of the parallelogram mechanism of seeding machines. This process is clearly manifested in determining the good condition of the moving joints of machines operating in severe operating conditions. The studies performed are based on the principle of breaking the active link. The diagnostics is based on this principle, which makes it possible to assert with sufficient accuracy about the failure of the control link of the mates of parts. The main hypothesis of the study is that by developing a diagnostic system based on the control of composite bushings, it is possible to determine the boundaries of the normal functioning of the sowing sections as a whole. The solution of this issue without intervention in the design of the sowing section itself is impossible. Since the material of the sleeve is a polymer composite, which has sufficient resistance not to pass an electric current, conditions are created for the implementation of the proposed diagnostic system. In this work, a regression model is built to control and identify changes in the lateral backlash from the operating time of the seeding complex. By analyzing the data obtained, it is possible to establish the relationship between the diagnostic parameter, namely, the fixation of the rupture of the active link passing near the working surface of the composite sleeve. The main limitations in the development of this diagnostic system are the boundaries of the control gaps in the mates, as well as the presence of dielectric materials for the control parts. In the case of a significant occurrence of an active rupture link or an incorrect selection of its required diameter, then this diagnostic method may work inappropriately and the diagnostic system becomes ineffective. The work reflects the timeliness and rationality of the developed diagnostic system. On the basis of such a diagnostic system, it is possible to create an automated diagnostic complex for monitoring the state of the parallelogram mechanisms of the seeding complex as a whole. Об'єктом дослідження є процес контролю граничного зносу полімерно-композиційних втулок підшипникового вузла паралелограмного механізму посівних машин. Даний процес чітко проявляється під час визначення справного стану рухомих з'єднань машин, що працюють у важких умовах експлуатації. Виконані дослідження спираються на принцип розриву активної ланки. Діагностика, побудована за даним принципом, дає можливість в достатній точності стверджувати про вихід з ладу контрольної ланки спряжень деталей. Основна гіпотеза дослідження полягає в тому, що розробивши систему діагностики на основі контролю композиційних втулок можливо визначити межі нормального функціонування посівних секцій в цілому. Вирішення даного питання без втручання в конструкцію самої посівної секції неможливо. Оскільки матеріалом втулки є полімерний композит, який має достатній опір, щоб не пропускати електричний струм, то створюються умови для реалізації запропонованої діагностичної системи. В даній роботі побудовано регресійну модель для контролю та виявлення зміни бокового люфта від напрацювання посівного комплексу. Шляхом аналізу отриманих даних можливо встановити взаємозв'язок між діагностичним параметром, а саме, фіксацією розриву активної ланки, що проходить поблизу робочої поверхні композиційної втулки. Основними обмеженнями під час розробки даної діагностичної системи є межі контрольних зазорів у спряженнях, а також наявність діелектричних матеріалів для контрольних деталей. У випадку значного залягання активної розривної ланки або неправильного підбору необхідного її діаметру, даний метод діагностування може недоречно спрацювати і діагностична система стає не ефективною. В роботі відображено вчасність та раціональність спрацювання розробленої діагностичної системи. На базі такої діагностичної системи можливо створити автоматизований діагностичний комплекс для контролю технічного стану паралелограмних механізмів посівного комплексу в цілому.

Existing control systems of sowing machines are intricate and not reliable enough. In these systems, devices are connected by a variety of signal and power wires. This leads to a "problem of interfaces" and a decrease in the efficiency of the control process. The solution to this problem is based on the mechatronic approach or combining elements and control units into mechatronic modules. They are characterized by reliability, compact design and lower cost. The improvement of functional and structural integration of the control system components by their integration into the mechatronic module is considered. The module of regulation of seeding rate on the basis of software and hardware platform Arduino is developed. The work of the proposed control system when changing the seeding rate in the seeding system is studied. Існуючі системи управління роботою посівних машин складні і недостатньо надійні. В цих системах пристрої з'єднуються безліччю сигнальних і силових проводів. Це призводить до «проблеми інтерфейсів» і зниження ефективності процесу управління. Рішення даної проблеми засноване на мехатронному підході, або на об'єднанні елементів і блоків системи управління в мехатронні модулі. Вони характеризуються надійністю, компактністю, меншою вартістю. Розглянуто поліпшення функціонально-структурної інтеграції компонентів системи управління їх об'єднанням в мехатронний модуль. Розроблено модуль регулювання норми висіву на основі програмно-апаратної платформи Arduino. Досліджено роботу запропонованої системи управління при зміні норми висіву у висівній системі.
Development of the composite material and coatings based on niobium carbide

It was established that the optimal temperature for ob¬taining the NbC–Cu composites using the method of impreg¬nation of pre-formed carbide skeletons is 1,400 °C; under these conditions, there is a significant decrease in the contact wetting angle with a respective increase in the rate of impregnation. It was established that the structure of the NbC–Cu composite consists of rounded NbC grains the average size of 1.8 μm, distributed according to the logarithmic-normal law and the copper matrix. Such a shape of grains indicates structure formation in line with the mechanism of deposition dissolution, characteristic of solid metallic-ceramic alloys. It was established that the coatings from NbC–Cu composites consist of a matrix, which is an alloy of copper and iron, the structure of which contains the evenly dis¬persed particles of NbC. Coating thickness is 30 μm; its microhardness is ~500 MPa. Under conditions of friction without lubrication against a steel counterbody, the friction coefficient after alignment is 0.04. That makes it possible to use the developed coatings as the antifriction ones. Досліджено структуру композитів на основі системи NbC з мідною зв’язкою, отриманих шляхом просочування металевим розплавом пористих NbC карбідних каркасів у вакуумі. З метою отримання пористого каркасу порошок NbC із середніми розміром ~ 1 мкм замішували на 5 %-ному розчині каучуку в бензині. Після сушіння суміш перетирали на ситі у гранули, які пресували у брикети розмірами 55×30×10 мм. Для забезпечення інтенсифікації процесу та змочуваності просочування проводилось за температури 1400 °C. У результаті було отримано матеріал із дрібнозернистою двофазовою структурою. Аналіз зони взаємодії між NbC та Cu методом EDS дозволив встановити присутність дифузійної зони товщиною 0,5 мкм, яка утворюється внаслідок перерозподілу Nb та Cu шляхом обмеженої розчинності. Наявність дифузійної зони дозволяє забезпечити міцний зв'язок між фазами та, відповідно, високий рівень механічних властивостей. Розроблені матеріали рекомендуються для застосування в парах тертя у вигляді монолітного матеріалу або покриттів антифрикційного призначення.

Étude de l'état de contrainte du sol et des organes de travail des machines aratoires et leurs effets sur la résistance a la traction

Objectif : La présente étude a été menée dans le but de mettre en évidence l'identification de l'état de contrainte du sol lors du processus d'interaction avec différents organes de travail des machines aratoires (OTMA) à des profondeurs différentes, et leurs impacts sur la résistance à la traction. Méthodologie et résultats : Lors du passage des OTMA, le complexe MIC 400D fixe la valeur de la contrainte dans les endroits du sol où sont disposées les jauges de contrainte. Le dispositif de détermination de la résistance permet d’enregistrer la résistance à la traction des OTMA lors de leur déplacement. Ainsi, les plus grandes contraintes sont observées au voisinage de la pointe du soc (17,5 kPa) et au milieu de la partie coupante (11,5 kPa) pour le soc unilatéral et, dans les zones proches du soc (23,5 kPa) et de la partie inférieure du coutre (15,1 kPa) pour la sous-soleuse. Conclusion et application des résultats : Les zones de concentration de la contrainte maximale du sol sont observées dans les régions voisines de la pointe du soc et au milieu de la partie coupante du soc unilatéral et dans la zone du sol où agissent le soc et le coutre de la sous-soleuse. La localisation de différentes parties des OTMA subissant une forte contrainte lors du travail du sol et la détermination de leur résistance à la traction dont la valeur est fonction de la profondeur de travail vont beaucoup contribuer à la conception des OTMA optimaux ayant une usure et une résistance à la traction moins élevées. Objective: The present study was conducted to highlight the identification of the tensile state of the soil in the process of interaction with various working bodies of ploughing machines (TMAO) at different depths, and the impacts on the tensile strength. Methodology and Results: During the passage of the TMAO, the MIC complex 400D sets the value of the stress in the places where the soil is disposed to strain. The experimental design of the resistance determination allows the recording of the tensile strength of the TMAO when moving. Thus, greater stresses are observed in the vicinity of the coulter tip (17.5 kPa) and the middle of the cutting portion (11.5 kPa) to the coulter and unilateral, in the near zones of the ploughshare (23.5 kPa) and the lower part of the coulter (15.1 kPa) to the subsoiler. Conclusion and application of results: The areas of concentration of the maximum stress in the soil was observed in neighbouring regions of the coulter tip and the middle of the cutting portion of the coulter unilateral and in the area of soil where the ploughshare and the coulter act on the subsoiler. The location of different parts of TMAO under strong stress during tillage and determining their tensile strength whose value is a function of depth work will contribute significantly to the design of optimal TMAO with wear resistance the lower traction.
