Доведено, що бізнес-планування є визначальним напрямком на шляху пошуку механізмів оцінки результатів від комерційної співпраці підприємств цивільної авіації, визначення ризиків та магістралей розвитку в майбутньому. Представлено результати використання бізнес-плану суб'єктами цивільної авіації в світі, як офіційного документу оцінки проектних рішень. Розглянуто можливості застосування бізнес-плану авіакомпаніями України з метою визначення переваг від участі у стратегічних альянсах. Запропоновано шляхи та методи економічної оцінки результатів реструктуризації вітчизняних авіакомпаній з обґрунтуванням комерційних перспектив у бізнес-плані. Based on the results of the world practice in the field of cooperation of civil aviation enterprises, the most promising methods of potentially ensuring the efficiency of operation are the merger or amalgamation of airlines in the form of an aviation alliance or aviation pool. The analysis of research on the application of aspects of business planning in the creation of an aviation pool or aviation alliance showed that, despite the need and demand of practice, this aspect in the theoretical, methodological and scientific direction is not given enough attention. An analysis of the literature showed that aspects of the use of the business plan as an element in determining the effectiveness of mergers of civil aviation enterprises in the context of European integration were not carried out.Item type:Item, Рефінансування іпотечних кредитів в Україні(КНТУ, 2013) Кравченко, В. В данной статье исследуются теоретические и практические проблемы реструктуризации экономики. Анализируется существующий уровень экономического потенциала и достигнутые результаты проводимой политики. Структурная политика государства согласовывается с прогнозами долгосрочного развития. Поэтому при определении основных направлений экономического развития нужно учесть взаимосвязи отдельных отраслей экономики. Основною метою дослідження є виявлення факторів, що визначають стійкість розвитку національної економіки та механізму оптимізації її структури. У даній статті досліджуються теоретичні та практичні проблеми реструктуризації економіки. Аналізується існуючий рівень економічного потенціалу та досягнуті результати проведеної політики. Структурна політика держави узгоджується з прогнозами довгострокового розвитку. Тому при визначенні основних напрямів економічного розвитку потрібно врахувати взаємозв'язки окремих галузей економіки. The main purpose of research is to find out factors determining the stability of the national economy mechanism and optimize its structure. This article explores the theoretical and practical problems of economic restructuring. However, it also analyzes the current level of economic potential and achievements of the policies. Structural policy of the government also agrees with the long-term development forecasts. Т.; Kostromin, GennadiyВ статті аналізується явище реструктуризації підприємств в економічному середовищі сучасної України, розкривається її сутність, виділяються основні фактори, що впливають на проведення ефективності реструктуризації та окреслюються напрямки їх підвищення. Центральне місце в дослідженні займає розкриття реструктуризації як перспективного напрямку сталого розвитку підприємства в сучасних умовах господарювання, пошук шляхів підвищення ефективності функціонування підприємств в процесі проведення реструктуризації. Обґрунтовується необхідність створення для цього достатніх умов. The article presents the analysis of the process of enterprise restructuring in the economic environment of modern Ukraine. The essence is disclosed and the main factors that influence the effective restructuring were highlighted and the directions of the increase of their efficiency were outlined. The central point of the research is given to the disclosure of restructuring as a perspective trend of sustainable development of an enterprise in modern conditions of economy and the search of the ways of increase of functional efficiency of enterprises in the process of restructuring. The necessity of creation of sufficient conditions for this process was grounded. The actuality of the problem is that generally in Ukraine financial activity of industrial enterprises is not efficient enough, 40% of them are loss-making. The profitability of operating activities of industrial enterprises is fairly low and in 2012 was 3,8%. The degree of wear of fixed assets in different spheres of industry is from 50% to 60% and sometimes higher. The proportion of material costs in the structure of operating costs is also very high. It is grounded that in the process of preference of forms and methods of enterprise restructuring it is important to take into account all factors that influence this process and first of all the analysis of external environment including direct and indirect influence on the enterprise and market situation. It is also important to provide effective management of the whole complex of problems which form the strategy of enterprise competitiveness. It should facilitate financial recovery of the enterprise, increase production volumes of competitive goods and, on the whole, increase the efficiency of production. Restructuring is held in two stages: operational and strategic restructuring. During operational restructuring we should solve two main tasks: provision of liquidity and considerable improvement of the enterprise performance. Strategic restructuring is aimed to provide increase of enterprise value during the long-term period through making investments. Strategic measures connected with the development of new business strategies, introduction of new production, management and marketing technologies, making considerable investments for modernization of production and management structures of an enterprise and development of market orientation. It is grounded that it is necessary to improve organizational and economic activity at enterprises, enhance scientific and methodological research of the problem of restructuring of enterprises. The complex and systematic approach will allow using restructuring as a perspective trend of the sustainable development of an enterprise.Item type:Item, Деякі питання підвищення ефективності функціонування підприємств через реструктуризацію(КНТУ, 2013) Костромін, Г. The objective of the article is to find out the essence of the concept “restructuring”, investigate and work out measures to implement restructuring as a necessary condition for efficiency increase of enterprise functioning, its competitiveness and activity. The phenomenon of enterprise restructuring in the economic environment of modern Ukraine was analysed. The essence of restructuring is disclosed and main factors which influence the implementation of effective restructuring were identified; the trends of improvement have been outlined. Central issue of the research is devoted to disclosing the peculiarities of the strategy of implementing enterprise restructuring under modern conditions of ménage, searching the ways of efficiency increase of enterprise functioning in the process of restructuring. Центральне місце в дослідженні займає розкриття особливостей стратегії проведення реструктуризації підприємств в сучасних умовах господарювання. Обґрунтовується необхідність створення для цього достатніх умов для формування сприятливого інвестиційного середовища, адаптації колективу до процесів реструктуризації. The article deals with restructurization phenomenon of enterprises in economy of modern Ukraine, its main point. The main factors that have an effect on conducting of restructurization effectiveness are extracted and directions of its rise are outlined. The central place in the research takes the opening of strategy peculiarities of conducting of enterprise restructurization in modern economy. The necessity to create sufficient conditions for the formation of favorable investment medium and adaptation of collective to the processes of restructization is grounded.
