Визначено основні завдання та джерела загроз інформаційній безпеці, а також методологічні засади побудови інформаційної та кібернетичної безпеки сучасного підприємства. Представлено модель побудови системи інформаційної безпеки підприємства та проаналізовані основні моделі організації кібербезпеки. Освещены вопросы обеспечения безопасности экономической информации и создания надежной модели кибернетической безопасности предприятия. Определены основные задачи и источники угроз информационной безопасности, а также методологические основы построения информационной и кибернетической безопасности современного предприятия. Представлена модель построения системы информационной безопасности предприятия и проанализированы основные модели организации кибербезопасности. The article covers the issues of economic information security and creation of a reliable model of enterprise cyber security. The overriding goal of any enterprise information security system is to ensure that the enterprise operates smoothly, prevention of threats to its security, protection of legitimate interests against unlawful attacks, preventing theft of funds, disclosure, loss, distortion and destruction of official information, ensuring the normal production activity of all units of the facility. Therefore, the article identifies the main tasks and sources of information security threats, as well as the methodological principles for building information and cyber security of a modern enterprise. The model of building of information security system of the enterprise is presented and the basic models of the organization of cybersecurity are analyzed. Methodical approaches are offered, which allow to fully analyze and formulate requirements related to ensuring information security of the enterprise; avoid the expense of unnecessary security measures that are possible in subjective risk assessment; to assist in the planning and implementation of protection at all stages of the life cycle of the enterprise information system; provide justification for the choice of counteraction means; evaluate performance and compare different countermeasures. In general, a methodical approach to modeling information security and cyber security was considered allows to evaluate or overestimate the level of the current state of information security of information flows of the enterprise, to make recommendations for ensuring information security of the enterprise, reduce the potential costs of the enterprise by increasing the stability of the information flow system, to develop the concept and policy of information and cyber security of the enterprise.Item type:Item, Застосування хмарних технологій в обліку та управлінні підприємствами реального сектору економіки(ЦНТУ, 2019) Волот, О. Представлено моделі хмарних технологій, які орієнтовані на кінцевого користувача, а також наведено приклади застосування хмарних технологій в автоматизації обліку та управління підприємствами та хмарні платформи сучасних корпорацій. Визначено основні переваги та недоліки використання хмарних технологій для споживачів та організацій, ризики використання хмарних сервісів. The purpose of the article is the research and application of cloud technologies in the accounting and management of enterprises in the real sector of the economy and defining the main advantages and disadvantages of using cloud technologies for consumers and organizations. The scientific and practical literature does not sufficiently cover the issues of determining the current state, tendencies of development and use of cloud technologies in accounting and enterprise management, experience of implementation of "clouds" in leading countries of the world, implementation and use of cloud computing as components of new ICTs for enterprise management of the real sector of economy countries. Issues about experience of the current state and trends of development and use of cloud technologies in accounting and management of enterprises, about the experience of implementing "clouds" in the leading countries of the world, about the experience in using cloud computing as components of new ICTs for accounting and management of enterprises in the real sector of the country's economy are highlighted. Models of cloud-based technologies targeting the end-user are presented, as well as examples of application of cloud technologies in accounting automation and enterprise management and cloud platforms of modern corporations are presented.Item type:Item, Методологічні аспекти побудови, функціонування і розвитку автоматизованих інформаційних систем обліку та управління підприємствами(ЦНТУ, 2017) Волот, О. І.; Volot, О.На основі аналізу теоретичних положень, методичних підходів до проектування та функціонування автоматизованих інформаційних систем та аналізу діючих інформаційних технологій удосконалено систему принципів побудови, функціонування і розвитку інформаційних систем обліку та управління промисловими підприємствами. Доведено, що для створення, ефективного функціонування і розвитку інформаційних систем необхідні єдині теоретичні положення і методичні підходи, які забезпечують взаємодію різноманітних економічних об'єктів та їх ефективну діяльність. Information technologies are becoming a prerequisite and foundation for globalization, increasing the speed of data processing, reliability, quality of information, which makes it possible to adopt in practice objective and effective financial and managerial decisions. The article has improved the system of principles, which consists of three groups: construction, functioning and development of automated information systems of industrial enterprises. The following principles are suggested: user orientation, relevance, pertinence, creativity, which provides through theoretical positions and methodical approaches the processes of creation, functioning and development of information systems at all stages of their life cycle. The basic principles of automation of accounting on the basis of automated workstations of an accountant are presented, which provide a unified approach to the operation of individual elements of the system and their single functioning. It is proved that for the creation, effective functioning and development of information systems, there is a need for common theoretical positions and methodical approaches, which provide interaction of various economic objects and their effective activity.Item type:Item, Методологічні аспекти безпеки інформаційних потоків підприємства(КНТУ, 2016) Волот, О. І.; Volot, О.Запропоновано методичне підґрунтя моделі побудови збалансованої системи інформаційної безпеки підприємства, описано взаємозв'язки між інформаційними потоками, визначено загрози інформаційній безпеці підприємства і оцінено вірогідність реалізації даних загроз. Доведено необхідність удосконалення існуючих методів впровадження інформаційних систем в умовах формування інформаційних потоків підприємства. The methodological basis of the model for the formation of a balanced system of information security at the enterprise was suggested. The relationship among information flows was described and the threats to the information security of the enterprise were defined. The probability of realization of the threats was estimated. The presented model of information security is a set of objective external and internal factors and their impact on the information security at the enterprise including safety of material and information resources. On the whole the methodical approach under consideration allows assessing or overestimating the level of the current state of information security of information flows at the enterprise, to develop recommendations on providing information security of the enterprise and to reduce possible costs of the enterprise by increasing the stability of the system of information flows. The approach also helps to develop the concept and policy of information security of the enterprise and offers protective plans for internal and external information flows which are created at the enterprise and transmitted by different kinds of communication channels protecting information of the enterprise from intentional distortion, unauthorized access, copying or use.Item type:Item, Аналіз використання інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій на підприємствах харчової промисловості регіону(КНТУ, 2013) Волот, О. Defined the real situation and the analysis of information and communication technologies in the food industry Chernihiv region identified negative factors that create barriers to the implementation and effective use of ICT. In most regions of the country the largest share of sales of industrial products is concentrated in the processing industry, mostly manufacturing of food, beverages and tobacco products. Successful business activity food complex as a leading component of regional economic systems provides the implementation of related measures of organizational, technical, economic, legal, informational and administrative nature. Among them, an important place is the use of information and communication technologies. Estimation of tendencies and factors in the development of enterprises, producing food, drinks and tobacco products, is given. Potential possibilities in the development of innovative activity of food enterprises are grounded.
