В статті обґрунтована доцільність застосування практики CVP-аналізу на сільськогосподарських
підприємствах. Здійснено оцінку фактичного стану рентабельності та пов’язаного з цим витратного управління. Запропоновано заходи, необхідні для впровадження CVP-аналізу. Викладені універсальні підходи визначення тенденцій змін операційного важеля. Надано актуальні пояснення щодо управлінського впливу на постійні та змінні операційні витрати. In the article the feasibility of the application of CVP-analysis on the agricultural enterprises is proved.
Evaluation of the actual state of profitability and the related cost-based management is implemented. Activities necessary for the implementation of CVP-analysis are proposed. The universal approaches for the identification of trends in operating leverage are presented. Actual explanation of managerial influence on the fixed and variable operating costs is provided.
