А.; Nemchenko, T.В статті визначено необхідність зміни підходу до управління людськими ресурсами, викликана трансформаціями на ринку праці та кризовими явищами в економіці, розкрито сутність та особливості процесу соціального розвитку трудового потенціалу, здійснено аналіз організаційно-економічних передумов його формування шляхом дослідження основних показників функціонування ринку праці України, а також визначені ключові проблемні питання, що стримують соціальний розвиток трудового потенціалу. The paper is devoted to the problem of research of the organizational and economic factors, which are affecting on the process of the social development of labour potential in Ukraine. The authors, based on the research of the foreign and Ukrainian scientists, determined the necessity to change the approach to the human resource management, caused by the transformations on the labour market and crisis phenomena in the economy. Social development of labour potential should play a key role in this process as a significant factor of ensuring the economic prosperity and social welfare. The main goal of the paper is to reveal the essence and pecularities of the process of social development of labour potential, to analyze the organizational and economic prerequisites for its forming by researching the founder of the indicators of the functioning of the labour market of Ukraine.Item type:Item, Інноваційна складова розвитку трудового потенціалу машинобудівної галузі України(КНТУ, 2013) Немченко, Т. The development of innovative activity of labour potential of engineer of Ukraine is a topical issue at the regional and national levels . The aim of the article is a research of innovative development of labour potential of engineer, determination of the problems that hinder its development and creation a practical recommendations for strengthening positions of industry on internal and external markets . In the article the dynamics of innovation active enterprises of machine-building industry in recent years was analysed and singled out companies that were involved in organizational innovation. During research was revealed that the labour potential of engineering industry in Ukraine is quite high. This is evidenced by the number of high technologies and innovations created in the industry. However, it was concluded some certain reasons that restrain innovative development of the labour potential of industry. The factors influencing labour activity of personnel were determined, the character of work incentives of labour potential at machine building enterprises of Ukraine was analysed and the necessity of development of practical recommendations for improvement were grounded. В статті висвітлені питання щодо формування ефективного механізму стимулювання праці трудового потенціалу в сучасних умовах, визначені фактори, які впливають на трудову активність персоналу, проаналізовано стан стимулювання праці трудового потенціалу підприємств машинобудування України, а також обгрунтовано необхідність розробки практичних рекомендацій, які стосуються його покращення.
