Приведені результати лабораторних досліджень впливу електроерозійної обробки на хімічний
склад та структуру сталі 65Г. З’ясовано, що результаті електроерозійної обробки сталі 65Г утворюється поверхневий шар з дрібногольчастою мартенситною структурою. Також поверхневий шар насичується хромом, нікелем, кремнієм та марганцем. В результаті досліджень запропоновано раціональний режим електроерозійної обробки. The resulted results of laboratory researches of influence of electricalerosion treatments are on chemical
composition and structure of steel of 65Г. It is found out, that result of electricalerosion threatening of steel of
65Г a superficial layer appears from finely needle by a martensitnoy structure. Also a superficial layer is
saturated a chrome, nickel, silicon and manganese. As a result of researches the offered rational mode of
electricalerosion treatments.
