В статті здійснено аналіз динаміки зайнятості, проблем зайнятості у промисловості Кіровоградської
області. Обґрунтовано деякі питання вдосконалення механізму регулювання зайнятості населення у промисловому секторі. The article gives the analysis of the dynamics of employment, the problems of employment in the industry of the Kirovograd region. Serious consideration is given to some issues of improvement of the mechanism of regulations of employment of the population in the industrial sector.
