У статті розглянуто сутність, форми державно-приватного партнерства та особливості їх фінансового забезпечення у житлово-комунальній сфері. Виокремлено найбільш прийнятні форми державно-приватного партнерства на основі конкретних джерел їх фінансування. The essence, forms of the state-private partnership and features of their financial providing for the dwelling-communal sphere are considered in the article. The most acceptable forms of the state-private partnership on certain sourcings’ basis were selected by the author.
