Доведено, що бізнес-планування є визначальним напрямком на шляху пошуку механізмів оцінки результатів від комерційної співпраці підприємств цивільної авіації, визначення ризиків та магістралей розвитку в майбутньому. Представлено результати використання бізнес-плану суб'єктами цивільної авіації в світі, як офіційного документу оцінки проектних рішень. Розглянуто можливості застосування бізнес-плану авіакомпаніями України з метою визначення переваг від участі у стратегічних альянсах. Запропоновано шляхи та методи економічної оцінки результатів реструктуризації вітчизняних авіакомпаній з обґрунтуванням комерційних перспектив у бізнес-плані. Based on the results of the world practice in the field of cooperation of civil aviation enterprises, the most promising methods of potentially ensuring the efficiency of operation are the merger or amalgamation of airlines in the form of an aviation alliance or aviation pool. The analysis of research on the application of aspects of business planning in the creation of an aviation pool or aviation alliance showed that, despite the need and demand of practice, this aspect in the theoretical, methodological and scientific direction is not given enough attention. An analysis of the literature showed that aspects of the use of the business plan as an element in determining the effectiveness of mergers of civil aviation enterprises in the context of European integration were not carried out.Item type:Item, Бізнес-планування як елемент фінансово-економічного аналізу в умовах антикризового управління авіакомпанією(ЦНТУ, 2019) Коваленко, Н. В.; Kovalenko, N.; Stoliarchuk, N.У статті досліджено напрямки застосування бізнес-плану як інтегративної системи показників фінансово-економічного аналізу з метою антикризового управління на підприємствах цивільної авіації України. Надано практичні рекомендацій щодо використання бізнес-планування, як елементу цільового антикризового управління авіакомпанією, та деталізації фінансово-економічних показників, спрямованих на виявлення, недопущення та ліквідацію кризових явищ, шляхом реалізації на стратегічному, тактичному та оперативному рівнях управління. The paper is devoted to the research exploring ways to apply elements of financial and economic indicators and business planning as a mechanism of crisis management, a well as the development of practical recommendations for improving the management of commercial activities of airlines in Ukraine in the modern market. Intercontinental integration of civil aviation entities and the transition to market conditions of operation regulate the new conditions of airlines. Most Ukrainian airlines are forced to operate in the absence of funds, an outdated fleet of aircraft, imperfect control, which consequently leads to the loss of the ability of airlines to operate effectively, being in a state of crisis. The article discusses and defines the methods of applying economic analysis and business planning as the main elements for assessing the financial and economic state of Ukrainian airlines in terms of crisis management. Practical recommendations are given on how to increase the effectiveness of the anti-crisis business management of commercial airlines in Ukraine in the context of European integration.
