В статті наведено теоретичні аспекти щодо визначення основних параметрів, що характеризують процес шнекового відокремлення рослинної сировини при боковій подачі. Currently screw devices are becoming increasing application. Screws used for transportation, dosing, etc. However, theoretical researches in the processes of cutting plant monoliths screws are not enough. Theoretical aspects of the definition of main parameters describing cut of preserved forage by screw with side filing are considered in the article. In details, precise, indicators that affect performance the screw device were defined. This is chip thickness, kinematic mode indicator, etc. With these indicators we can proceed to the economic evaluation of this process.
